OK - my amateur stab at astrology; if ya'll know, please tell me if I'm close to the mark:The past three guys (three - count'em 3) that have been interested in me and/or that I've "gone out" with (and who's birth info has been about) have had their Venusus (Veni? Venae? I dunno) in Air signs (a Taurus and a Cancer w/ Venus in Gemini & Cappie w/ an Aqua Venus) - I'm a Pisces w/ Venus in Taurus w/ sparse Air...except for my 3rd House Aqua Moon. Could that account for the attraction? Would the fact that I have Uranus in the 1st significantly stregthen the affect of that Moon on my personality? That's where I've figured the dynamic could be traced. Am I right? Corri IP: Logged |

Hi Corri! I agree with you, that your prominent Uranus makes your moon in Aquarius that much more sensitive. I will say, however, that you would be attracted to air sign Venus men regardless. How well does it work out with them, usually? Do you feel more or less comfortable with the Venus Gem's than the Venus Aqua's? I think the Gemini would fit better with other aspects of your chart, even though the Aquarius would create a moon-Venus conjunction. Hope this helps! IP: Logged |

Thanks Cate!Well, I haven't been keeping track all that long, so I'm not exactly sure... As far as the dudes w/ Venus in Gem - the word play that we get going on is great (a slight example being an exchange between the Cancer guy and I: He," Glad to hear you're busy, it should keep you out of trouble...or at least out of the pool halls." Me,"I've actually been moving away from pool halls per se as of late - dart halls are much more fun, and there's always the possibility of someone loosing an eye to keep things interesting.") The Venus in Aqua guy seems attracted to the more bizarre aspects of my personality (Me, "I'm nuts - you said so yourself - you don't want to go out with me." He, "Yes, I know I said that, but that's what I like so much about you."), but I think you may be right about my being more attracted to the former than the latter. Cool. Thanks again for the feedback. Corri

Thanks Alena & Bissie! (Although the aforementioned discussion got a little too astrologically intensive for me to follow, so I'll wait till I can join in on another.) I also discovered that if you go into people's posts w/ effects (like italics), you can see how they did them - veeeery interestink . There's gotta be something wrong w/ someone who can get this much of a kick outta something so simple. I think my ADD's kicking in WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!! Life's so much less complicated when one's easily amused. IP: Logged | |
