Was there something funny going on up w/ the stars yesterday?
I saw 4 very serious, unrelated car accidents, and heard a few screeches that may have meant that a few more almost happened.

here's this w/e...

FRI NOV 8 Life turns more serious under Capricorn Moon and while the lunar orb makes flowing links to Venus (12:52AM PST) and Mercury in Scorpio (6:26PM PST). The Moon-Venus contact is in the morning and suggests getting up early to accomplish everything on your to-do list. Zero in on career and professional interests. You can make enormous progress today. Check out estate sales in your area as bargains may be found. You also may be inclined to go on a limited shopping expedition as Venus contacts Jupiter via the Celestial Equator (3:02AM PST). Don't put off until tomorrow what you can do today as a long void Moon cycle will occur throughout the day and night tomorrow. Expect some difficulties to arise while Venus moves 45 degrees to Vesta (3:39PM PST) and Mercury contacts Saturn via a 135-degree pattern (5:16PM PST). A sister, friend or elder may come to your aid. You may feel more reclusive tonight. Reading, writing and studying are recommended during the Moon-Mercury sextile.

SAT NOV 9 This looks like a Saturday to catch up with odds and ends and complete old business. The Moon remains in Capricorn and aligns with the Sun in Scorpio at 12:22AM PST, but becomes void then for the rest of the day until 12:27AM PST tomorrow. What should you do? Complete what you have already started in the past few weeks rather than try to inaugurate bold and costly enterprises. Don't be tempted to sign agreements you will quickly regret. Leave large-ticket purchases for another day. As with any day when the Moon is in Capricorn, keep focused on professional plans. Your organizing skills are enhanced. The main alignment is the Sun in Scorpio moving 90 degrees to Jupiter in Leo (9:06AM PST). This square formation, while challenging, also links the Sun and Jupiter -- two rather positive and beneficial celestial bodies. If you sidestep extravagance, waste, and over-optimism, success is possible along a variety of fronts. You are particularly advised to redouble your efforts in an educational pursuit. Add some R & R, fun and games to your schedule and don't take yourself so seriously during this long void Moon in Capricorn.

SUN NOV 10 Don't be surprised if you feel much more energetic and ignited today following yesterday's extensive void Moon. At 12:27AM PST, the lunar orb enters Aquarius and you can move ahead with dynamic, new projects. Helping you get back on the winning, assertive track are a Sun-Chiron parallel via the Celestial Equator (11:39PM PST last night) and Mars in Libra moving 60 degrees to Pluto in Sagittarius (11:50PM PST last night). The Sun-Chiron tie opens your higher mind and intuition. It encourages you to get into advanced studies in any field. The Mars-Pluto contact is a definite physical and emotional detonator -- in a positive sense. Your batteries are recharged and you are raring to go. A Mercury-Jupiter subtle link (3:00AM PST) also keeps your mind active and creative juices flowing. This could be a good afternoon or evening to go to a concert, recital, play or movie while the Moon conjuncts Neptune (3:59PM PST). Team sports and group projects are also back in style. Be more active with music, dance, drama, poetry, film, video work or photography. Gear up for a very powerful day of alignments arriving tomorrow.

Bissie,

So sorry to hear.
Hopefully, he/she will make a full recovery.
If he/she continues to be in a coma, stimulate the ears. In accupuncture/accupressure, stimulating the ears increases brain activity. My acupuncturist swears by it and has brought many other's out of a coma simply by using this amazing therapy. Nature gives us plenty to utilize if we make the effort to find out our options and check our resources.
Meanwhile, I'll send your cousin intense Healing energy...
