How can you see your children in your natal chart? Parents show, so shouldn't kids show, too? We all know that within families there's very often loads of birthdays at the same or close date. Now my sister is expecting her first baby the same day as my youngest son is born, late Leo. The cusp of her 5th house is in Cancer while the only planet in the house is Mars. The cusp of my 5th house is in Sag., my first child has a Sag ascendant. But I don't see anything in my sister's or my chart indicating that we should have Leo kids..Or in our husband's charts. But maybe I look at the wrong place?

This is Auriel's specialty, and she's probably saving it for the Advanced Astrology Course. She says that astrology is every bit as accurate as a DNA test to determine paternity! ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Stella I hope someone can help us before the course Do you know when we have a sign "arrested" in a house ? The sign didn't touch any cuspid... I know the name of this aspect in Portuguese, but I don't know the name in English. Anyway, I have two signs "arrested", Gemini in the 5th house and Sag in the 11th house. Gemini it's the sun sign of my son and Sag it's the sun sign of my daughter... I know this is a karmic aspect, what I wanted to know it's the relation between this aspect, me and my children... love Jakie IP: Logged |

Hi Jacqueline I think you are talking about intercepted planets/houses?Interception 1) A sign that falls between two adjacent house cusps, but neither of those house cusps are in that sign. Since most House divisions are unequal, at some latitudes it is quite common to have a chart where two opposite signs are entirely contained within houses, so that no degree of either sign appears on a House Cusp. In such a chart, two other opposite signs will appear on two house cusps each. 2) A planet that is in a degree of the sign that is intercepted (contained within a house and not a cusp) is said to be intercepted itself. Some astrologers then interpret that planet's energies to be blocked in expression Some astrologers say that the planet that rules the intercepted house is not "anchored" to the natal chart. Thanks SueThat's exactly what I was talking about Intercepted in Portuguese it's "interceptado"...always the same As I wrote, I have Gemini and Sag. intercepted in 5th and 11th houses respectively. What do mean when you say that - the planet that rules the intercepted house is not "anchored" to the natal chart. Love Jakie IP: Logged |
