Hi all I've had this urge to move lately and the idea of New Orleans was presented to me about a month ago. now I've always loved New Orleans from the first time I visited it. I don't like the WEATHER very much compared to Los Angeles but the city is just magical. Plus.. I would only be a 5 hour car drive from my mother who I miss UNBELIEVEABLY! So I'll be able to see her and she'll be able to see her grandson PLUS.. we'd be just a little closer to NYC where a lot of my husband's family is and where my dad and brother are. PLUS.. New Orleans is a lot cheaper than Los Angeles. So now I'm trying to convince my husband. But in the mean time... does anyone see anything in my chart about this? I'm hoping to get there within a year's time. This is my chart: many many thank you's in advance ------------------ when you came into my sight i (had to) put on my shades cause I was blinded so much by the light that you spread and i´m sure it will grow forever and scare all the zombies away

This is a very serious decision. I would suggest for you to consult with a professional astrologer so they can map out your and your family's transits, progressions, locations, etc. and provide sound guidance. If this interests you, I know of a great one, albeit a paid service, to recommend. Normally, one just changes the birthplace of their natal chart to the city where they want to relocate to, and look at any differences in house locations, transits, etc. In your case, you would have Leo 10 degree 11 minutes instead of your actual natal ascendant of 6 degrees. I don't see any significant differences in your relocation chart from your natal chart. Jupiter moves into the 6th house from 5th, and Mars and Venus into the 11th housefrom 10th. *SOBS*okay so TODAY... my husband was laid off.. found out an hour ago. We have NO savings. Nothing. but.. yesterday.. strangely enough.. Vincent was pre approved for a loan we didn't even ask for. So... we may take that quickly.. and move to New Orleans. and he can look for a new job there. Now it's just a matter of convincing him... *sighs*

Oh no! Please don't worry. Every closed door has a new opportunity. Don't you have two homes- can't you sell one and use that money to move? ------------------ Food is the only art that nourishes! IP: Logged |

I have the apartment in NYC but I'm part owner with my father... and he lives there. So no selling that...IP: Logged |

What does your husband do?? Maybe he can get a job in New Orleans doing that. Then you can bring your son to Disney World and i can meet you there and we can have a grand time. Please don't worry, you are in my prayers. ------------------ Food is the only art that nourishes! IP: Logged |
