Hi juniperb,

Whenever the transiting Moon is in the sign of your birth, it is considered your monthly Lunar High. Coming at the Full Moon will enhance your natal Moon qualities and should give you a great feeling.

Healing abilities could be intensified, you may even get a major lift out of getting certain areas organized, a feeling of accomplishment.
