Can anyone tell me what you can expect when the progressed Moon will fall on the progressed Ascendant? I know the Moon goes fastest nevertheless Bissie mentioned that a progressed planet conjuncting the progressed Asc. or Desc. means you will meet someone with the character of that particular planet.
I am looking at the chart of the best friend of my guy so obviously I would like to tell him something about this cause it seems significant.

Could it mean he will meet someone with nurturing aspects etc.?
He recently ended a relationship of 8 years and his progressed Pluto was hoovering near his Ascendant. Could this be related?

Well I've only recently started looking at progressions. So I can't help you that much really. When a planet conjuncts one of your angles either in your progressed chart or progressed to natal chart then something will happen
