Monk, if I understand your question, you're wondering what significance the positions of the palnets are on any given day, how you read them, and what they mean? The given lineup of planets on any particular day have meaning only within the context of what you are trying to read. For example, if you have a child born tommorrow, the plants at the time of the child's birth form the child's natal or birth chart, and can be read like a road map to see the potentials that the child is bringing into this cycce of life. The same group of planets can be plotted on your natal chart as transits to see the types of planetary energies impacting you tommorrow. Some of the planets positions tommorrow, generally the outer planets and their Signs, can be looked at to see what generational influences,i.e. Uranius moving into Pisces, will be effecting everyone. Does that help you, or just confuse you more? just my 2cents Lanny IP: Logged |

Here's a thought-- to consider, or to try! Draw a wheel chart and put in the planets in their positions-- (by yourself, or using astro-software -- many free online astrology sites can help). A wheel chart helps to conceptualize the relation (and aspects) of the planets to each other--you suddenly see what the numbers mean. Then draw your own natal chart. Then put one on top of the other... you'll notice that some planets or luminaries fall smack on top of your natal planets... or, just compare, visually. The position of the planets, and the aspects they make to one another create patterns that can be used to analyze the day's happening, etc. Maybe you could sign up for the free Astrology course here... the course began awhile ago, and you could start by reading the past lessons. The teachers are great and it's quite well-explained. Speaking of which, I hope I didn't confuse you or over-explain-- I don't know how much of a newbie you are! good luck, Lunargirl IP: Logged |

Hi Monk Try this site..... www.astro.com You can register there (it's free) and create and save up to 100 charts on their server - of all types. For transits you need to do the natal & transit report. Hope that helps you out. Sue IP: Logged |

Hey, Cat, thanks for explaining about Astro.com.I've seen the site mentioned on Lindaland many times, and boy, it sounds like it offer a lot of nice features! I've been on Astroadvice.com-- with so many astro sites out there, it's hard to know where to begin! Lunargirl IP: Logged | |
