Hi Everyone

Would anyone have any information that they would like to share regarding this eclipse, as I was told that it will directly affect my moon in Scorpio in the 12th house .

I'd also be interested in any web sites, if anyone knows of any?

Thanks in advance....

Hey poops, so good to see you again, I missed you!!!

Who told you that, an astrologer?

Will the eclipse be in conjunction with your Moon? Stupid question, of course it will be, right Hey at what degree will it be?

I don't have any time these days (too much spring-related fun right now ), just wanted to say hello,
but I'll look this up a bit later 'cos it concerns me too I guess

The lunar eclipse/full moon is at 24 degrees Scorpio on May 15th. I have the moon and neptune at 19 degrees Scopio in my 11th house.

Let's track this lunation and see how it affects all of us. Anyone have any planets or important points at 24 degrees Scorpio?

Hi again,
just having a quick peek between two trips to the country and a night out a bit later I'm hardly any time at home these days

Poops, your Moon is at 27 deg. Scorpio, right?

Mine is at *edited* and Jupiter is at *edited*, so the eclipse will *edited*

Hi, Heidi!

Our three Moons are all in conjuction, did you notice? What a lovely configuration And the eclipse affects us all by this logic I guess.

BTW, how've you been, poops? I was wondering already where you've disappeared to, along with Ice Mists and some other nice people

Ok, see you later!

Hi again Morgana

Yes , my Scorp moon is 27 degrees and so is my Neptune in Scorp at 27 degrees.....hmmm, wish I knew what that foretold!

Hubby has Neptune in Scorp in the 10th house, at 26 degrees?

I've been good Morgana :, lots happening in my life, as usual, and I do tend to dis-appear and then re-appear here, due to my unorganised approach to life!

Here from you soon.........
U Behave now!!!

Hi to all of YOU. Looks like the Scorp Moons are all here again. I do think there are a few Sag Suns among us too. I think that the Eclipses (both of them..this month) will bring us CHANGE..get ready to MORPH. I think it is very worth the time to journey over to Susan Miller's site at Astrologyzone.com and read both the Scorp and the Sag columns. She is unbelievable in her astuteness so do read these.Do click and read the whole article for each..she gets into lots of detail in the various parts of our lives. She mentions the impact of the ECLIPSES big time. The first will impact the Scorps and the 2nd one the Sags( it is in Gem) sooooo... tell me what you think when you read. Remember they do say a change can be good. It looks like LEO will be making a change, too. SO nice to say hi to all of you again.

Who else in here is a SAG sun and Scorp moon..Poops, or Pidua ???My moon is at 20 Scorp and my sun at 15 Sag. Love Flame
p.s. I just KNOW I am going to have a big change come into my Life. Had my Tarot read on the 21st and it too was all about Change. It will be so very interesting if it brings this Leo into my Life, or I actually ..move on to another. Hmmm..no, think it will be my Leo .. just can not imagine giving up on us!

Hi all..

Not sure what would be influenced by this...

How many degrees difference are considered a conjunction? Or is it the exact degree?

I have all of these in scorpio

Sun 6*
Mercury 24*
Venus 19*
Mars 28*
Uranus 16*

Hi Flame, Great to C U Again!

Yep, as luck would have it, it's me with the Scorp moon and Saggi sun and Asc.

I will definately take a look at that site, thanks for the link Flame.

Changes have begun for me already, mostly on an internal level, so I'm curious to see what will manifest in my life from these eclipses.

Time will tell!!!

Hi Scorp1 and L.Leo

Fingers crossed that the changes are not too harsh for us all

poops
Stay tuned!

Hi poops, I'm so glad to hear you're okay!

Hi purpleflame, thanks for the link , hi 1scorp, LL!

Poops,
I didn't find anything useful, so maybe you should do the good old-fashioned astrological approach: look up the aspects this eclipse will make to the planets in your chart and also look at what aspects these planets make to other planets and in which houses they all are, for these will be the areas affected I believe. So, for example, your Moon and Neptune are in conjunction anyway and this eclipse will affect it directly. Look up the meaning of the Moon-Neptune conjunction in the 12th house, then apply "change" and whatever other effect this eclipse will have, and perhaps you will come up with something useful, I mean, something that will make sense to you. But it's a lot of work, so that's why I usually choose the practical scientific approach: observation.

Maybe after May 16 we'll gather again to compare our findings

hey Poops,

Full Moon/ Lunar Eclipse is usualy connected with some sort of ending, while the New Moon/Solar Eclipse means a new beggining.

The Moon itself usually represents women/femals in one`s life. When you have a Full Moon falling on your natal Moon - a relationship with a woman will be defined. It could be a sister, mother, a girlfriend....In your 12th house - a secret kept for a long time will be revealed at the Full Moon time.

here is what Carol Rushman says in her book"Predictive astrology":

During an eclipse,
1)The house that a lunation or eclipse falls in will be activated.
2) Any planet that a lunation or eclipse touches will be activated.
3) The energy of a lunation or eclipse will be expressed through the sign and house it falls in.
4)If mercury is retrograde at the time of an eclipse, sometimes the results can be delayed.
6) Major influences are felt if the eclipse or lunation is exactly on a house cusp,or if it is exactly on a planet
7) Ive seen major happenings within 5 degrees of a cusp and within 5 degrees of a planet.
8) The events dont necessarily happen on the day of the lunation or eclipse. The day of the eclipse or lunation is when the effect or happening is portended or predicted. They can work early, late or on the same day. (even 5 days before or after, or even several weeks, as other planets and whats going on in the chart can trigger it early or late).

Full Moon/ Eclipse on natal Moon:

a time of emotional upheaval, your emotions could be running high. Emotional matters come to head. Insecurities from the past can surface so that you can resolve them. You are more vulnerable, moody, crabby, touchy. You can be hurt more eaisly. A conjunction or hard aspect to natal Moon can trigger quite an intense emotuional challnage. I have seen panic attacks, emotional outbursts, separation from women friends/mothers.

Hi Guys

Morgana,
Your help is great, as usual,so I'm just about to read some more on this from "Planets in Transit" to see what it has to say.

I presume that my Sextile from Pluto and a trine from Chiron will also play into this eclipse. And I also have the "letter Q" forming an aspect from my natal Venus, but I don't know what the "Q" actually means

Attatching my "L plates", yet again !

Hi Bissie,
That was awesome of you to type out all that info for me....Thanks a Squillion

I simply must get me Carol's book, it sounds very informative.

Now, I think I'll just go and hide under the nearest rock, big enough to hide me for the next few weeks.......yikes, it could be an interesting ride

Thanks everyone, you help is appreciated!
Wish me Luck

Hi Moonmates. Hey Poops, how is that rock doing? I am fine but really do feel a bit .. can't quite figure out how I feel .. a bit disoriented. Maybe it is because the eclipse is on my natal moon (4 away) and Saturn is ON my descendent (0 away)..as in ON. and it is opposing my Sagi ascendent obviously. I can say the good part is, Saturn is almost out of Gemini and of course I do respect Saturn so won't say how it was to watch as he got to know my Sag Sun, Venus and Chiron over the last two years. soooo, Biss you didn't really mean that an eclipse could delay its effects if there is a Mercury Retro going on now did you? ... Love Flame

Hi Flame,

Mmmmm, I not exactly sure what to think anymore! Actually, I feel quite crappy again lately.

Have been seriously re-thinking my life again and the choices I've made and the choices I'm about to make, that cannot wait too much longer.

Big Decisions are not my forte, but the stirrings inside of me are calling them to the forefront, so I guess I just need to take some courage pills, and stand up and take control of my life, which, sadly, seems so much easier said than done!

But, I have faith somewhere inside of me, that somehow, someway it'll all improve in time........so, thank god for faith!

I hope all is well in everyone's world:angel"

Hang in there Flame, things can only get better!

Good Luck

OMG ... this eclipse was conjunct my moon and I am falling apart ... just dumped my boyfriend and the vets want to euthanize my cat. I'm beginning to feel like such a negative force in Lindaland ... hating myself ... thinking very bad thoughts about how nice it would be to leave this earthly plane right about now. Trying to convince myself that there is a reason to stay alive ... sorry to be so negative.

Oh yeah, I have to hang out ... I have 3 Pearl Jam concerts to go to first week in June. How could I forget Eddie Vedder.

Losing it.

Hi hrj777,

OK, Heidi, just so you don't feel like such a negative force here, I'll write what Carol Rushman has to say in her fantastic book "The Art of Predictive Astrology".

"The hard aspects from the Full Moon or Lunar Eclipse to your Moon can trigger quite an intense emotional challenge. I have seen severe panic attacks, emotional outbursts, or a seperation from mothers, daughters or women friends".

"The moon in your Natal chart describes your inner nature, your inner world. It is your reflective self, the subconscious. It is your emotional make-up. It represents all the women in your life - mother, daughter, women friends, and nurturing figures. The moon is what you already are, what you brought in from other lives".

" Because it is the sum total of your past-life experiences, the moon describes your instincts, habits and habit patterns. It is the first energy you express. It is what you are when you are young. It shows how you nurture yourself and others. The moon also defines your relationship with the public"

So Heidi, I hope that helps in some small way, I can honestly relate to how you are feeling and KNOW that venting here is quite OK.......ok?

Have Faith and Keep Smiling!
and...........
if all else fails....
"Fake it till ya feel it"!!!

Thank you Poops

I was born in South Yarra and my Mom moved back to Toorak a year and a 1/2 ago. (We've been in the USA for 17 years.) Yes I could almost say that a lot of what is going on with this eclipse has to do with dealing with all this "stuff" and being separated from Mom. She was my best friend and this is the first time we have been separated for this long since I was born.

Now that I think about it, the reason I ended the relationship with my boyfriend is his lack of compassion and inability to be receptive to my emotional needs which again ... a lunar issue.

Thanks for clearing that up for me Poops.

Love,

Heidi

You're welcome Heidi!

Being away from your mum must be really hard Heidi, I'm sure. Is there a trip for either of you planned in the near future, as this could possibly lift your spirits.

Your post has made me appreciate my mum just that little bit more, so thanks Heidi

My mum has a funny saying whenever there are relationship dramas........
She says...."Don't worry luv, there's plenty more fish in the sea, it's just a shame they're all flatheads"....hahaha

No offense to all the guys here!!!
