What if lets say there are no planets in that particular house say 7th - which governs your primary relationship. Does that mean that in that person's life - primary relationship isn't that important?

1scorp, Me Too !! I have a couple empty houses also, but I`m behind in astrology course and it will be many moons before I figure it all out.

Hi Everyone
Having an empty house ie: one with no planets in it doesn't mean that you should ignore the house, as it's still important in your chart but not as important as the houses that do have planets in.
When interpreting an "empty house" you need to look at the sign on the cusp of that house.
eg: If it was Pisces then Neptune rules Pisces.
So you then look to see where Neptune is in your chart. Then look at what aspects it makes to the other planets in your chart.
It's a jigsaw
When all the pieces are in place...you get the whole picture
