hi! i havent forgotten about anyone yet. the problem is i wont be alone here until wednesday now. my husband decided to stay till wednesday. there were some things around this place that he wanted to take care of, like for instance when we got home on sunday from housesitting at my dads, there was a BEES NEST in our couch! im serious! i have no idea how they got in there... but i am deathly allergic to bee stings. he spent sunday night eradicating that problem (i felt really bad for the bees cause they are really very sweet looking up close, but their sting can and will kill me... so even though i respect nature they had to GO). we will have to throw the couch out now, but he needs help and i need my cheque tomorrow to buy some screws for the futon couch to put in its place.

its been crazy around here. my back got bad again too *sigh*. its a good crazy in a way, i am happy when things get accomplished... but i am really missing my online time. i need my solitude to do charts, and i dont have ANY with my fella here. i needed this though, i hadnt seen him for two whole months. we needed a good week and a half together. he needed to spend some time in canada too, and see his kitty cat. im sorry its taking so long, and i totally havent forgotten.

just a little bit longer, i promise

teva can you repost your birth info? and if anyone else ive promised to help could do that too, id greatly appreciate it. i forget that every day new threads are made, pushing down old ones, and i dont want to forget anyone! i think there was three or four people i had offered to help. so dun be shy

again sorry for the delay! i just really cant help the delay right now. thats the thing with life, it sometimes throws you things out of your control

N_WEvil, could you be a maverick? Do your friends look up to you? Are you independent of other people? If so good for you. I know this is just a little about chiron but the asteriods and part of fortune info is really good. You almost never see any really practical non BS info about part of fortune. Mine is in Libra/11th house. I attract a lot of airheads, Ha Ha! I'm having one of those days. I am driving someone to the dentist to have emergency surgery who put this off forever.
http://www.centaur-astrology.com/asteroids.html

First time I ever read about Juno.

Juno's influence corresponds to that of Libra and Scorpio. Juno also seems to be the symbol of "fascinating sexy person".

Examples: A PERSON who finds it easy to fascinate the opposite sex (heads turn when he/she enters a room) could have Juno conjunct his/her ascendant. Larry Flynt, publisher of Hustler magazine, has a close midheaven-Juno square.

People with Pallas highlighted in their birth charts may serve or care for others -- such as with healing techniques that integrate the mind and body -- but show less emotional attachment than Ceres. Pallas also indicates an interest in the pattern and structure of things and an ability to strategize and perceive intuitively and creatively. The influence of Pallas is similar to that of Leo, Libra, and Aquarius.

Examples: A person who has Pallas conjunct her midheaven and Mercury may show a strong aptitude for auto mechanics. A doctor who chooses research in preventive medicine could have Pallas trine HIS-LOOK AT THAT ascendant.
HIS?

(I have a strong Pallas aspect, trine my midheaven and I am technical in my work even though I happen to be female.)

Ceres people are very good at mothering regardless of their sex and may express this quality by having a "green thumb". They deal with food, possibly as a vocation, and they provide nourishment to either sustain health or to express love and compassion.

Examples: A person with a close Ceres-Sun conjunction may find oneself surrounded by children, their own as well as others', taking care of the garden and animals with great enjoyment. A person with Ceres square his Sun may find himself in the role of a caregiver for children, even though he/she has none of his own, or in a counseling or nuturing role with adults.

(I do a lot of counseling with my friends, especially who are recovering, or who just have toothaches and I have Ceres in Aquarius square my Sun, Saturn and Neptune.) I like how they say the Women with Ceres are into gardening, and the MEN are into counseling their friends. What sexism! Astrology is so sexist it kills me. As if men don't enjoy gardening. I erased all the he's and she's by the way. No reason to continue the conditioning.

I spent years being told I should drop out of my profession because women can't function in a technical environment, mainly because of our hormones and moodiness. I wasn't moody until then. Women make great pilots, mechanics and metal workers but you'd never know it from this article. Please take these sex role descriptions with a grain of salt, especially if you are a teenager. You can do anything you want, and you will still have peace of mind.

I am pretty sure I have Juno conjunct my asc, they are both Virgo, so that means they are conjunct, right? I dunno tho, I am by no means a "head-turner"

that link doesnt work :/

wevil me dearie, that chiron would be significant yes. i cant break it down right now, perhaps someone else can. do you have a lot of aspects to chiron? try using the planets and houses as if they were simple algebraic expressions. its an easy way to help you tie things together. for instance chiron, taurus, 12th house, 10th house, aquarius, square... so

wounding, healer + practicality, a builder + intangibility or spiritual + career + humanitarianism + strain. thats just basic for you to play with a little to see what you can come up with. use whatever keywords you like as well, and you can also use minuses, like the square could be a minus, its up to you to 'feel' it. i know it sounds weird but i cant tie it together for you right now, i am having a bad time in life and it takes a lot of energy for me to do it, even though its a relatively simple equation, not a whole chart. i know it sounds weird and im sorry. :/ i cant really explain it better. i didnt want to leave you hanging though. ps i dont think it would have to do with friends as that is the 11th house, you said 10th?

teva i posted to you in your 12th house thread. its an explanation of recent events with me and why i have not done more into your chart.

dorkus, a conjunction depends on the orb. you could have sun in virgo at 1 degree and mercury in virgo at 28 degrees, and they would not be conjunct. as to how you would get to be so virgoey? its all in the stars

insofar as juno, it is very important to understand the myth, much like how understanding the myths of saturn, venus, etc can provide insight as to the planets they rule. juno was the wife of zeus (or jupiter) and she was extremely jealous, and used to do nasty things to women that zeus might have talked to. she was always trying to catch him with the nymphs. she found out that echo was tricking her to keep her occupied while jupiter was with the nymphs, and so she magicked poor echo so that she couldnt have the first word, but would always have the last. thus, an echo. that particular myth involves narcissus as well. i find that myths give us great insight into astrology and other disciplines like psychology.

whether juno was justified or not goes both ways. perhaps jupiter was fooling around with nymphs, and she was acting out of self preservation and self dignity. or, she could conversely be overly jealous and spiteful. it makes sense that she is connected to libra/scorp though.

anyway sorry i couldnt be of more help. i honestly have no idea why im even here and posting today as it was a terrible day... but i am glad i am here regardless. its so soothing here at times.

~ana, who cant help but feel frustration as to how she is so weird sometimes *sigh*

Well...to be honest i really dont have a clue.

I know i've a stronger-than-usual healing ability

Chiron also trines my 9th/cappy venus and does....something with my mars as well, although im not sure what that aspect is!

So, Ana - lets try your equation. I understand about the drained thing - i've currently got Jupiter opposing my sun!!

(wounding, healer + solid + hollistic link) - (career + progession) + (Love + ambition + understanding)

This would seem to suggest a divorce between my career and my being as defined by love/connection to the gestalt energy/God creating damage.

It could also be mirrored by my cancer moon opposing my venus watched over by a 6th house libran saturn - seems to be a recurrant theme that my search for security/career/money is always at odds with myself.

thats good wevil! i LOVE doing astrology by algebra, it makes things very clear to me and there are all sorts of possibilities.

you can also change the equation around for different possibilities, by seeing where you can direct yourself. for a full understanding id have to see your whole chart as that is how we can get the full picture and see how other things in the chart can support/make it harder for us to do/be what/who we want. but for now, we can play with this.

you said

quote:
(wounding, healer + solid + hollistic link) - (career + progession) + (Love + ambition + understanding)

try turning that minus into a plus, and moving a few of the words. then what do you get?

wounded, healer + solid + holistic + career + progression + ambition =LOVE + UNDERSTANDING!

isnt that wonderful? being wounded (not wounDING, words have power!), you understand other peoples hurts in whatever area you have suffered, and it doesnt have to be emotional or physical either, we can be wounded in lots of ways. being unable to keep ones house clean is a bit of a wound, for example. anyways therefore you have a very strong compassionate strength when you heal. your solidity will keep you on the ground, we need a practical base to stand on. you can use these strengths in a career setting, you just might have to be creative and do some soul searching to find a job that uses these strengths, while allowing you to be able to support yourself. thus your 'self' will progress, which might not be a cappy thing, they would like to progress in status and financially but i think you could still use that energy, just dont apply it to material things (but then again who knows, you could get rich i suppose ^_^). i love equations because we can play with them a bit to make a sort of map for ourselves. we always have choice and free will.

your sun in aqua gives you a humanitarian edge. aqua is *the* sign of the humanitarian, and i feel it would be beneficial for you to put it to practical (earth) use. it might be hard at first, and that may be how you suffer. knowing what i know about your planets (which isnt much) i can say that your career will involve that in some way as sun is in 10th. so if you can figure out an intellectual + humanitarian + practical + healing + holistic + career to = love and understanding of yourself and others, it would feel right to you.

hope that might get you thinkin

~faery, who feels better today, a little bit

Hi Anafaery

If you have time, could you please give me some idea how this conjunction would work.

I have Chiron/Mercury/Pallas conjunct in Aquarius in 8th (equal house). They don't make any other aspect in my chart (unless you count a 6 orb degree of Chiron to Saturn), and it is also the only air element in my chart.

Thanks.

Love Gladeyes
