Has anyone ever made a connection with jupiter and panic attacks, I started to get panic attacks some twelve years ago, they started the moment jupiter hit my sign of virgo, at the time I wondered if there was some influence but they continued after the year it left, perhaps the behavioural pattern had set in by this time ... anyway, twice I have been told that jupiter is contributing to the attacks. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I could work with this planet to alleviate its effect?

Strange question, I know, but all opinions welcome:-)

E :-)

i have had generalized panic disorder for about 10 years or so. i never really looked into my chart to see if there was anything there that might indicate it. good question, very thought provoking. my panic disorder is partially due to post traumatic stress syndrome. i wonder what would point to that in a chart too. hmm... never would have thought kindly generous jupiter would cause such a thing heh. i am just rather fond of jupe because hes pretty much the only planet ive not heard so much bad about.

I've had those since I can remember, but I guess we Virgos are supposed to be all panic-y. I have social anxiety disorder mostly, so it freaks me out sometimes to be in social situations.

I have a singleton Jupiter, would that have anything to do with it?

It's nice to know I'm not alone, people feel inclined to put on such a front that sometimes you can feel quite isolated when nobody else admits they suffer with this condition. This reading I had I was really surprised as she said that this was the main influence with regard to the panic, and has nothing to do with a past life or my childhood (which was pretty stressful). I have Jupiter in Scorpio and is in my 7th House. Perhaps its the scorpio/jupiter mix? I'm all set to investigate!

I shall now have a look at the healing section, thanks Ruby!
