I was wondering if anyone could tell me something about the combination of Sun in Taurus, Cancer rising and moon in libra.

I have done some reading about each of these but I don't understand how they work exactly. I wanted to know if I am more like a taurus,cancer,libra. I hope that someone can tell me something because I am confused, they said that these are the most important factors in an astrological chart.

Keep on reading. It's the only way. Most of us are still peeling back the layers of our own charts too. The more you read, the more you know what parts are "you".
Off the bat, I'd be inclined to say you have some tension in expressing your emotions, as your moon sign makes an uncomfortable angle to your ascendant. Actually, you may "seem" more emotional than what you really are, by the way you conduct yourself.
Your ascendant is how you organize all the pulling and tugging inside you, so it's your "front-man", or your "face man", and it's what people see first.
Say your whole personality is like a corporation. You could liken the ascendant to your receptionist, which could fit well with the company, or maybe not. Maybe she falsely represents your company. But you have to go through her to get to any other part of this corporation. I could elaborate on this analogy to no end, but you get it. Each chart is a little different in terms of what member(s) of their corporation is more active and productive, and which ones are "problem employees".
All in all, is this corporation successful? If so, is moral generally good, or is fear the driving force to it's success?
Is moral too good, resulting in very little being accomplished? Which employee(s) tend to distract the others?
Each corporation has it's struggles and triumphs, some more of one than the other. How it responds to these, as well as how it uses it's resources on a daily basis determines whethor it's going to be successful or go bankrupt.

we are pretty similar ,i guess.
i have a taurus sun, libra moon, taurus-gemini cusp ascendent.
what about your rest of the planets?
i dont know much about the cancer ascendent thing ,but u can get good sun-moon combination description at www.astrology-numerology.com/sun-moon2.html

In response to my other planets I know I have venus in Gemini, Mars in Taurus and Mercury in Gemini.
