Hi Juniperb
A long time.......
Uranus approx 7 years and Neptune approx 13 years in a sign. What degree is your 3rd house cusp?
Uranus hasn't really properly started it's "tour" of Pisces yet as is about to re-enter Aquarius due to it's current retro motion. Neptune (also currently retro) is at approx 11 degree Aquarius.
