Hi Everybody,
I just wanted to start off by saying that this is a really cool site and although I haven't spoken up that much, i have been reading the posts for years. This is a nice environment to not only learn, butto express ideas no matter how "odd" they seem in the rest of the world! Anyways...on to one of those ideas... So stuff keeps on being stolen from me and my family. First a car, and then two boxes from the post office, and then we lost renters for our house, which set our income back about 5 thousand dollars this year. On top of that, I keep on hearing the wrong information, doing the wrong things. I mean, in class, I somehow never hear the homework assignments. Anyways, the point is...
I have heard that when a person's Mercury is in "afflicted" or something, he or she has trouble with communication, travel, etc...things having to do with Mercury. I am wondering what planet "controls" personal property or loss and if that planet is in some sort of negative aspect right now on my chart. In other words, what is going on? Why all this loss and all these mixups? Is it my Mercury or some other planet?
If any of you can tell me whats going on in the planets right now that could be causing this for people, I would really appreciate it. I've only heard of this with Mercury, and that seems to affect most people. So is it just a general thing that affects many ppl...are a lot of ppl losing things...or is it just something in my chart. My info is:

Bangalore, India If anyone has time to help me out, that would be cool. I am also wondering if whatevers going on in my chart has to do with me not appreciating what I have. Is there something out there that is "taking" my stuff so I appreciate it more?

Hmm. Let's see...Maybe your neihborhood is under siege by thugs? Kidding. I'd suspect it's something to do with your 2nd house being negatively aspected by Uranus, or possibly the moon, depending on how attached you are to the things that are disappearing. But if you're property as a source of income is being affected as well, I'd guarantee it's a 2nd house affliction.IP: Logged |

So how long does this affliction last? Does it just depend on when Uranus finishes its orbit?

What a story! It's amazing how stuff like that seems to happen over and over. I'm not certain what astrological aspects create these circumstances. I do know how it happens from a metaphysical standpoint. Rather than going into a heavy philosophy about this, I highly recommend that you start reading any books about Properity Consciousness. Catherine Ponder is a good author to start with. This may seem like an odd response to your question, but sometimes stuff like this is inherited from generation to generation -- only until someone breaks the cycle by becoming aware of how their personal actions are attracting this stuff that happens over and over. It's a changeable thing. For my family, it's losing your job and being unemployed.I have had more than enough of this and I feel as if I have stopped the attitude that creates this cycle. I know this concept of us attracting these circumstances may seem weird or even make you mad. Sit with the idea for a while. Get your astological reasons from the next posts. Take Care.
