Each year Neptune retrogrades for approx 5 months.How do you feel Neptune's influence in your natal chart? Have you noticed a difference to it's energy while it's been retrograde?
Neptune retrograded at 13 degrees Aquarius on 16th May - retro period ends on 23rd Oct when it will be at 10 degree Aquarius. Neptune rules my 7th house and for sure nothing's been happening there

Neptune crossed into my 7th, but with it going Rx, it went back into my 6th. And I have certainly been on pins and needles hoping for progress with a book project! Shall I guess that not much will come to fruition till it goes D?Cat, with Neptune going through the 7th, should I expect a quality relationship to come about, or no?  Thanks for your insight. Hi Cat I have both Neptune and Saturn in Libra. Neptune is currently (& for a few years to come  ) in my 2nd house. It`s encouraged me to flounder, change direction & doubt mys-elf more than once. Well Neptune and I have a thing going - he likes to constantly confuse me.....Natally in my 2nd - so he likes to make me unrealistic re my money and also can mess with my head re my own self worth and to add to that he natally rules my 7th house....Sooo back to your question
Neptune as I've already mentioned can confuse us, also make us wear "rose coloured spectacles". Neptune loves romance, wants the fairy tale (eg:Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, where the good guy comes and sweeps her off her feet) - as a planet it would "rule" the movies" - romance, fantasy but can also mean deception. Now that deception may just be because we're not seeing too clearly. You may find with Neptune in your 7th that you "idealise" your partner - put them on a pedestal. You could also be in for a fabulously romantic time  Or you may attract a Neptunian person into your life. Good luck with your book project. What's your book about? Yes I would certainly hope and expect things to start moving forwards once Neptune goes direct later this month. Please let me know how that goes for you.

I also have Neptune & Saturn in Libra.As I just mentioned to trillian Neptune in the 2nd likes to mess with your head re self worth and also can give us the tendency to "take our eye off the ball re money matter" Gotta watch that one or you can wake up one day and think...hmmm now where did all my money go. I would say that things should start to improve once Neptune goes direct at the end of this month  Whenever a planet is retro think of putting a "re" in front of every descriptive word eg: review, re-evaluate re-address issues etc etc

juniperb, don't feel bad! I don't have one air sign in my chart, and I'm still an airhead sometimes!!*smacks head* Cat, thank you so much for your insight, but it's Uranus that's in my 7th!! Silly me...Neptune is still firmly planted in my 6th...so yeah, I guess things won't get moving till it goes D. I'm not good at waiting!! My book is a novel, modern day love triangle. Chick book, is what you'd call it. Friends who read it both laughed and cried...I think it's pretty darn good (!), just need to convince the powers that be! IP: Logged |

Well the 5th house is the house of romance and also creativity - so it sounds like Neptune is working well for you there

hi i dont have neptune in any of my signs or houses, but i do have some major aspects. my moon trines neptune, venus squares neptune, and neptune sextile pluto. im not really sure if this means anything. i was drawn into this thread because im curious, the 23rd of this month is my birth date. i have read that neptune strengthens the senses and often leads to mystical experiances, illusions or great perception. is that the kind of affect it can have on people when it retrogrades? kisses jacqueline IP: Logged |

Jacqueline, somewhere in your natal chart rests Neptune, as do all the planets! And Pisces is on the cusp of at least one house.....

As trillian has just said, Neptune is somewhere in your chart and it will be in a sign. It's possible that you have some intercepted houses (ie: signs that are totally contained in one house in your chart) Is that what you mean when you say Neptune (ie: Pisces)doesn't rule any of your houses?

Hi Jacqueline Using the Koch system ..... Your natal Neptune is in your 2nd house at 26 degree 36 minutes Sagittarius.
In your natal chart Pisces (ruled by Neptune) rules your 5th house. Transiting Neptune is currently moving through your 4th house.
