Hi beautiful people.I don't know what this means yet, but I am happy to know it. Btw...how do I know this to be true and correct. Are websites usually pretty accurate. If someone can tell me what it means, I would be most greatful. I would actually be really, really full of joy and happiness and so on if it means that I am a really nice and caring person. If it means that I am really far off, perhaps I am better off to just keep listening to the voices in my head. *s* IP: Logged |

okay, here it isSun Libra 10th house My moon is Pisces 3rd house Ascendant is Sag Taurus and Scorp in the 8th house yikes, that doesn't sound like it can be too good. I am frightened by Scorpio, and I always can feel a Cancer woman. Ok, so I am not actually afraid of Scorpio, I just have to constantly remind myself that things really aren't as happy and peaceful as I would like them to be, because at any moment....no matter how much I feel he/she has opened up....that if I allow myself to get caught up in the joy of the moment, he/she will quickly reach out and sting me and remind me where my place is. Of course, I am happy where ever my place is....after all, it is MY place. *g* Should I tell you anything else? I hope you don't mind sharing....gracias IP: Logged |

Firestar~ Really? Get new friends, the scorpio ones you know quite suck! What did you mean by Scorpio and Taurus in the eighth? Libra and pisces influence? You must be a real softie in many ways. Maybe the whole ...'when you relax you are stung' bit isn't only from scorpio's truth, maybe you are a naturally sensitive soul? With your watery moon, I would think you'd have a great reaction together. Plus, being a Libra, you two could weigh the merits of regeneration in the eighth house for hours!?IP: Logged |

hello cute pixie type personwell, actually, your advice is much appreciated and halfway already done. got rid of the he scorp after 22 years of being with him...15-37. and maybe if there would have been sex going on in the eigth house with that regeneration stuff, I would have been happy at least for a little while. *s* I cannot deny that I am very sensitive. I also will do anything I can to avoid conflict. I am in contrast also very strong in many ways. I am definitely the masculine Libra who likes to be in control of my home so that things are nice, pretty much routine, and full of happiness and love. but, pixie...check this out. This is something I found today on Alice's web site. I am pretty much Linda's definition of a Libra. This is something that I figured out about myself years ago and I related it more to religion and had never seen it or thought of it as a Libra thing. (please keep in mind that I am very green with this stuff and totally in awe and wonder at the knowledge you all posses) She actually says it better, but, I belive that we all have a lesson to learn during our life time...and this is what my lesson is, and I tell people this all of the time... Their greatest problem in life is altruism gone insane. It is important to remember that the great Master said, "Love thy neighbor, as thyself." He did not say, "more than thyself" or "before thyself." Many Libras feel like "The Other," or an outsider, so they spend much time and energy trying to please others, at tremendous cost to themselves. Some are married to Divinity, and that commitment supersedes all others I did that. I loved my ex more than I loved myself. However one day I out of the blue figured out that it was wrong. And that was it. I am a people pleaser...so I guess that is a part of the life lesson thingy that I hadn't considered. To me that pretty much meant that I should always do a good job. I spend a lot of time in business and deal with tons of customers. I did do that with the Scorp woman though, and I probably still do. Well, okay, I really still do. Work for free, or for amounts that are so rediculous I will say to my boyfriend...I really cant believe that she really feel in good conscience that it is fair pay. Do I stand up and tell her? Nope...why? Because I don't like conflict and I know what a tightwad she is...and because I know that this is just a short term situation for me. Oddly enough, I am here to help her...and have made a huge sacrifice to do it....yes, I know, I have tons of work to do on that life lesson thing Altruism gone crazy. That is so perfect for me. I am going to post the stuff I got about my boyfriend and I...if you happen to return, pixie and you can tell me some of the things that it means, I would appreciate it. I already asked someone to do it but I can't find that thread anywhere. I was gone for a while, our world was on fire. I would really be greatful. IP: Logged |

This is off topic but I found out that my twin soul, according to astro.com is an occultist who believed in creative visualization. That's wonderful since that's my entire line of work, as an artist and home rehab artist, visualizing what I am about to do before I do it. Meditation is the key.Of course I couldn't find any artists as a soul twin, just physicians, that really uncovers my love of medicine and chemistry early on. I wonder if anyone else has ever been so drawn to the helping professions as I have and withdrawn from it with no hard feelings. It was like a marriage. Has anyone else every felt that way about their career and amicably divorced from it to start over? It must be my Gemini on the 7th house that makes me feel like having a second career and a second husband. If you have a Scorp or Cancer moon and Sag rising you may do well in the caring professions, but I caution you not to get too emotionally attached. I do not know if astro.com is always accurate but the transit readings are right on. If that is any indication than the romance readings must be good, take a look. Natasha IP: Logged |

Dear Firestar,I wanted to thank you for your message on the other thread. You are accutely correct. I do joke about being displaced here in Southern Calif. Due to having experience places and cultures I would much rather live in and amongst. Yet in this Southern Desert is where I have met some of the greatest teachers that Spirit brought into my life. Theres a purpose for me being here and I am still learning why. I know this and am able to keep that balance and calmness within me. As for Scorpios, I have to agree with you on that. I do get along great to an extent but find them a bit over the edge at times. Funny because all my loves since highschool were Scorpios minus one Aqua. My sisters a Scorpio as well. Aries on the other hand seem to unexpectedly wind up on my door step.....I find myself feeling more like a parent to them than anything else. Having to dig them out of the messes they jump into, councel with much asked for advice that goes unheaded. I repetative pattern over and over. yet there exhuberance and curiosity to blaze through the unknown refreshes this old soul. Gemini's, Libra's, Canerian's and Taruean's I resonate quite well with and have found all my trusted compaions have been of these signs. Leo's I adore......(men) My father and son are both Leos. Those seem to be the ones prominent in my world. The rest of the signs, (although I know many) I have had little close contacts with. Strange. Blessings, Redwood

Redwood, Darlin -Is your north node in Aries? As an aries, I could use a friend like you. It is true that I might not follow your advice, but still - nothing like a friend to help you out when you need it. I have north node in Virgo, and have noticed the same situation with virgos. You sound kind and patient to your Aries friends. Wish I could say the same. I get irritated and impatient and martyr-like when called to duty: i.e. Last week my virgo father-in-law cut off 2 of his fingers in the lawn mower. Of course, I was the one to discover him first. Spent the day in emergency, next few days visiting him in the hospital - and then on to the plastic surgeon, hand therapist, etc. Things like that come up with the virgos in my life. Again and again. Regards and good weekend, everyone - IP: Logged |

Hmmm. I don't think I could deal with an astro twin, as in someone with all the same stats as me. That would be too competitive, I think (or too repetative, perhaps)...if two people agree 100% of the time, then one of them isn't necessary, right? But, maybe someone with an interesting shuffle of some of the same signs might be cool Me stats... Sun-Leo (8th) Rising-Sag Moon-Aqua (2nd) Merc, Mars, Venus - Leo N.Node & Saturn-Aries The ruler of your ascendant is the ruler of your chart. The ruler of my chart is Jupiter, which is very prominantly placed in his home house, the 9th, also the highest planet in my chart, in *Virgo* (conjunct Pluto & Uranus)

Hey firestar, you and I have the same Sun and Moon placement! I really understand how you feel, as some Scorps can be a little too harsh for such a sensitive soul. It's funny, because my first love with a Scorpio, when I was 16... but, alas, he went away to college and cheated on me. *sniffle, sniffle... weeping*Okay, that's enough of THAT....

Hi there PhanMys...*smile*Well, you say that Sun/Moon thing with joy and pride. I am glad to know then that it is a good thing. You seem to know quite a bit of this stuff, I am impressed! Not to make it sound like I am REALLY old, I hadn't even discovered the significance of any of this until I was about 23 or so and I've been really interested in it since then and came here with the intention on learning everything about it. Now, I am finding myself pretty much at awe with all of these intelligent, introspective people and all of their wisdom and usually spend so much time reading what everyone has to say that I haven't even figured out how to find my old messages to see if anyone responded or not. Of course when I finally stumble upon one, I am quite pleased. I really have a hard time understanding what they are saying in some instances and have tried to figure it out. I've had a couple of people ask for my information so that they can explain them to me, but it seems they have not been back here for a month or so. Makes me wonder if I should give it to anyone else...they may mysteriously disappear too. Actually, on the one or two occasions that I've been brave enough to as anyone else, they have not responded and since I know they are here quite often, I think that maybe it is impolite to ask, or that something in my chart is really bad and they don't want to tell me. Just Kidding. However, I am now embarrassed to ask anyone else. So..I'll just be patient and see if I happen to be lucky enough to stumble upon the threads of those I've been waiting for I will find that they have clued me in. I'd say I wished I would have had my scorp do the same except...I always have to be thankful for my child. I thought his evaluation of the situation to be pretty funny. He had said the same thing one day, I said to him..."If I hadn't met your father and stayed with him then I wouldn't have you." He said, "Yes you would have Mom, but Kim (my ex's replacement) would have been my daddy." I had never thought of it that way. I thought I had really taken a big step when I sat down and wrote out what my Moon is, the Adcendant, and so on is, I thought that would help, but then I saw it is more complicated than even that. I am not sure if I even am correct as to how I interpreted it, above. For now I will be content on stumbling on those who need a kind word, or assist with any knowledge I do have and continue to be overwhelmed by all the wisdom/knowledge/incite...etc. possesed by many here.... Hi...I'm new here I have a question. I kind of know someone who has the same sun(Capricorn) and moon sign(Aquarius) as me but a different ascendant(Pisces), while mine is in Scorpio. Even though we were born a year apart, are we still considered astrological twins?? I noticed that we have similarities with our image(despite our ethnicity)and personalities. My friends even notice that. Therefore, I even have other friends who could be possible astrological twins since they have the same sun and moon sign, mercury, venus, same birthdays even though they are a couple of years apart(but I can't recall one of their rising signs since one of them doesn't know her exact time of birth). Overall, their similarities were still quite vivid and I really want to learn more about astrological twins. Does any of you know any books and websites relating to this subject? If so, please, post information about it. I would appreciate it. Thanks IP: Logged | |
