Hi Dorkus
Can you repost your birth data as I don't have it to look at your chart.

I have a "vague" memory that you're Virgo rising...is that correct?
If so then Saturn's probably transiting your 11th house and this would indicate what you're saying re friends and drifting apart. Also you would have Mars transiting your 7th house - so maybe that's why "other people" are annoying you.

Hi Dorkus,

I totally understand where you are coming from. I have been feeling the same way off and on. I lost two friends due to major differences and yet I was introduced to a whole new groupd of people.

I am not sure if it is the Pluto / Venus thing I am also going through, but I find that, like you, I can't accept certain behaviors or anything that is superficial.

Hi Sue!!! How are things going? I hope all is well

Hi Dorkus
Just checked your chart and yes you do have Virgo rising at 10 degree 36 minutes. So transiting Saturn is currently in your 11th house. That transit will change some of your friendships - as you're already experiencing.

Transiting Mars actually turned retro in exact conjunction with your decendant (so in exact opposition to your ascendant). My descendant is 9.08 Virgo and when transiting Mars was conjunct my descendant I had a difficult couple of days with other people just being difficult - so I can relate to everything you're saying. I felt like I wanted to just put the answer phone on and avoid everyone. (My asc is 9:08 Virgo so Saturn's in my 11th house as well)
Sue

PS: I found the best thing to do re people being difficult (the mars transit opp my asc) was to go to the gym and exercise - that way I was using the energy rather than having it come at me via other people. It worked

Good advice Cat!

I have a Virgo Sun at 5 degrees and feel the strain in relationships as well. Although it is not in my rising sign, (sag rising) is it possible that i am also feeling the effects of mars in pisces and saturn in the eleventh?

thanks soo much,
stellar

Hi Stellar
Transiting Mars in Pisces is right now exactly opposing your Sun. So I'm sure you're feeling that. This is the third and last "hit" from that transit for you. Mars is starting to move quicker now so it will soon be gone. Transiting Saturn is in Cancer - with a Sag rising I'm guessing your 8th house is Cancer so that's where transiting Saturn is for you. The 8th house is other peoples "stuff" as opposed to the 2nd house being your "stuff".

Hi Cat!

Thanks for the insight. It makes so much more sense now - with the 8th House and dealing with other people's stuff!

Thanks for clearing that up for me.

Hi Stellar
You're very welcome

Hi Dorkus
As we're both Virgo's with Virgo rising perhaps we should compare "notes" as to how these transits play out for us. Transits especially from the outer planets (as they are so lengthy) are always challenging but ultimately give tremendous growth for us. How to handle the harder transits is always a bit tricky. This current Mars transit is usual as it's in Pisces for approx 6 months

Hey dorkus_malorkus~
I have a new take on this for you......
it is oversimplified perhaps, but.......
Maybe people are annoying you because.....
People ARE annoying!

All depends on your perspective!

Dorkus, actually Paxil has worked really well for me.
*s*
However, I had a bigger problem, my business partner is pure evil. Now that I understand that and have taken it into consideration her condecending manner doesn't irritate me quite as bad as it did before.

I mean, what a drag for her, to go through life with the sole purpose of making sure others are miserable. How much fun can that be.

Life causes many enough misery all by itself.
However, you have to keep everything in perspective. There are plenty of people right here in my neighborhood who will happily and honestly remind whoever needs to be reminded that Life is a gift and things like really expensive houses don't compare.
Seeing them burned and the total devistation is sad, but....all the people from this neighborhood are alive, so....PTL!, amen and all of that stuff.

And if that doesn't help things seem much better for you, I'll gladly lend you my evil business partner for a month or two.

Hi Firestar,

I'm from San Diego, but the fires missed where I live. Your home was lost in the fire? I'm very sorry to hear that

Dorkus...you are coming accross so very Virgo and earthy. So FUNNY!
Actually I will join ya in the middle of November too (until beginning of January)! Oh no, I hope not more annoyance !
I would say, people aren't annoying, it is only saying a lot about ourselves! When they want to be their annoying selves, let them, it's them not us!!!!!
Going to the gym is an excellent solution! Bounce, kick, shout etc...
