I'm sorry I can't help you because I am not an astrologer but I bet some other people here can. Can I ask why you can't get a birthtime?? I mailed away to my hospital for mine, it cost me 17 bucks, but it was worth it, I knew my rising and moon at the time were "odd" sounding. It kept saying secretive everywhere and I am ms. open book!

I might be able to find out my exact birth time if i weren't so far away from home - Eastern Europe
According to my mom my birth time is around 12 pm but even 10 after i have pisces rising. according to my best pisces friends i have nothing from pisces but i am also born on the 7th and have a strong neptune influence in my chart. so that might be the watery aspect. another thing is that i read the characteristics of pisces and aquarius rising and it seems to me i have them both. really confusing, isn't it. i know that according to linda goodman which books by the way are available all over the world htere is no such thing as a double sign meaning somebody who is aquarius and pisces at the same time. i don't know. not sure.
what do you think?

I think you need to call your mom and tell her to order your birth certificate! I had to do it. My mom was over 3 hours off! No wonder nothing fit too much! Please try to find out your exact time. That way you know for sure and sometimes we don't really know ourselves or don't want to see parts of ourselves that were there. I support you during this time of confusion.
