Say you have two seperate charts that alone have normal aspects, but no grand trines, etc. When combined in synastry, you have a kite, two grand trines, and a rectangle. What does this mean? Does it make it a dependency of some sort? Is it a relationship to run away from, or what??IP: Logged |

Hi, Odi!*Disclaimer* I'm not a professional, and still learning the ropes, but I have read an aweful lot, and based on my own self-educated understandings, this is what I hypothesize about the aspects you mentioned. It sounds like this relationship is at once filled with beautiful potential for achieving great things together, as well as great potential for conflict. Whethor you choose to run away or not would depend on how ambitious you're feeling because this energy in this relationship will demand ACTION from the both of you. The kite is a grand trine, with an opposition thrown in, which is a fabulous motivator for all the potential found within the trines. Trines are typically loaded with potential, but the energy tends to lie latent and rather lazy without some tension. Trines are a little too relaxing on their own. The rectangle sounds like a grand cross. That is, all 4 signs of the same mode (fixed, cardinal, mutuable) which square and oppose one another individually, but when they are ALL involved in a grand cross aspect together, it becomes a powerful focus point, which DEMANDS action in order to resolve the tension. All in all, this would be a relationship that is chalk full of energy, which will push you into action together. Whethor your actions are in the form of teamwork, or used to become each other's undoing, is entirely up to you guys. I think this relationship is going to be a demanding one, but possibly VERY rewarding. The question is....are you up for it? IP: Logged |

It sounds like you are talking about a composite chart; where two charts are combined into one, not a synasty chart, where one chart is plotted on the other. In the synasty chart, no such pattern could be set up. Welcome to the board Lanny IP: Logged |

Hi Guys! Thanks for the replies!! It is a synastry chart, not composite...when you do a composite you get two trines... I've been trying to understand this for a while. I got involved with a person that instantaneously we had massive chemistry. He quickly became my best friend for about a year and a half, and then fell off the face of the earth without a word. It hurt me deeply, and I found out how dependent I had become on him. One of the points in our kite aspect is a mars/saturn conjunction...which I've heard works negatively. Thanks for the feedback!!!IP: Logged | |
