I've always wondered this...You would think that we were all evolving since the planetary positions move forward, as in the Sun and other planets passing through signs in order of their progression, first Aries ending with Pisces. Same with houses. BUT the Age we live in goes BACKWARDS. We came out of the age of Pisces into Aquarius, and then the age of Aq to Capricorn next. In terms of evolution, it almost seems as if they work at cross-purposes. Anyone ever think of this and what it means? I've wondered about civilization as a whole when thinking about the ages, but not the evolution thing. That is an interesting question. I can't help but think though that in 2600 years the Aquarian age would've helped us leave this planet. Not that we should have to, but I can't imagine what it would be like in the age of Capricorn!Dean. ------------------ Live Life and Love Like Doves! i reality, with the change of age the first sign on zodiac changes! that's because the sun moves back one degree or 'shifts' apparently from its position because of purely astronomical reasons. so that particular day of te year when the sun was ntering aries would now become pisces as the sun has moved 30 degrees backwars in its apparent path. and this happens every 2160 years. that is, the sun movesback one sign every 72 years. there is still time for the auarius age to set in. the astronimical fact that while planets move around the sun the sun itselfs moves around a particular small orbit!! is a fact! and this over a course of 2610 years makes the sun enter the onstellation previous to what it entered. in the aquarius age, the sun would be actually moving one degree back from pisces into aquarius every 72 years! suprising eh? but i might be somewhat wrong. just refer to some online help. ------------------
