What would happen if Saturn was transiting in Cancer through the 11th house, and it was DIRECTLY over the natal chart's Saturn which happens to be in Cancer in the 11th house?

The Saturn Return can occur several times (depending on how long an earthling is here), estimated at every 30 years.

I know I say this a lot, but it bears worth repeating. Every experience is unique, just like every chart. We can predict what could happen, but it is ultimately the person with the transit who has to Image and Ordain what shall manifest.
