Well, of course it sounds good to you, nothing can beat you, Aries!!!
Speaking as an evil one though, I'd say the basics of those stereotypes are true in essence.... but it's like surmising that a cake is made with flour....... and some other stuff.
Stereotypes are typified elements for people too busy or ignorant to see the why's of things, the underlying shape and drive.
If 'evil' means I think deeply and see things at their truth,
If it means I make friendships and love passionately and deeply and leave no rock unturned in my quest for finding myself and others,
If it means I have to wear a mask to give people a feeling of ease and comradeship,
If it means I live my own way, with my own soul to guide me with mysterious glimpses of 'a little more' to urge me on.......

Then bring on the evil!!!!

I've got as great close friend who's a scorpio, she ain't evil at all. Evil? I'd say cancers are very evil and extremely mean too. Sadge is just a wonderful sign, you shouldn't take those stereotypes so hard.

What's hard to take about not being confined? That's an excellent thing! The ability to roam, always searching, expansion. In fact, scorpio's is the only negative... I'm not going-"woe is me!" or anything, just saying...c'mon, gimme a break! Those recycled stereotypes make me want to vomit.... or is that an evil thing to say?
Basically though, I am confident enough with myself nd my personality to say @#$% it, I know the truth. BUt it still makes me sad that the people out there who know next to nothing about astrology cringe when I say I am a scorpio, or they want to lay me out on the table, a twinkle in their eye....

But it's that Scorpio tendancy of having ulterior motives and playing head-games that gives them this reputation...that's not necessarily evil, it's just operating below the radar screen so as to avoid being questioned....they don't think most people could handle the truth, and they've figured that out by experience!

My husband is a Gemini. I not sure I would say he is untrustworthy. But he sure does change his mind a lot. Then again, I suppose that's a form of untrustworthiness. This is irritating for me becuase I'm a Scorpio wiith Libra rising (I think) so it might take me a bit of time to make up my mind but when I do ..... well you get the idea. His actions are dependable though, so I forgive him. It's just his opinions that change. So I guess what I'm saying is ... he's verbally untrustworthy. Come to think of it that sounds very Gemini like, doesn't it?

lioneye, I had to laugh when I read this. That's a respectable guess. But it's decoy. Now don't get me wrong, it's a nice benefit and I wouldn't willingly give it up. But the REAL reason is much deeper and a bit more complicated. Unfortunately, as I said, if I were to reveal it pixel and Isis would be forced - per a sacred, secret oath - to kill us both.
