I'm trying to interpret a chart but I don't know what conjunct, trine and sextile means. Can someone please explain? Also how do I find my Chiron placement and what exactly is this?

Without utterly confusing you, suffice it to say that signs of the same element are in trine to one another, compatable elements *ie, earth to water (& vise versa), fire to air (& vise versa)are sextile to each other, EXCEPT the sign that is of the same MODE, fixed, cardinal, mutable but of the complimentary element. That one is in opposition. Eg, Leo to Aquarius. It's easy to remember the opposition because they're actually opposite one another on the zodiac.

The square is of a non-compatible element, but same mode. Ie, Leo to Taurus...both are fixed in mode, but one is Fire, the other is Earth, not considered compatable, or complimentary.

A conjunction is simply planets in the same sign, within around the same degree of that sign.

But, these aspects are really only considered bonified aspects if they fall within or close to the same degree of their signs. Like, Venus in Leo at 28:56 doesn't square Mars in Taurus at 3.12, because the orb is too wide. It's a 25 degree orb! It's a square still by the nature of the two signs, but nowhere near as troublesome as a square with tight orbs.

Sometimes you can have aspects by orb only, and not sign. Like, Leo in 28.32 Venus is conjunct Sun in 1.12 Virgo, even though the two planets are not in the same sign. They still come within less than 3 degrees of each other (each signs occupied 30 degrees of the zodiac wheel)
You can find out where your Chiron is by running a chart for yourself at astro.com . Chiron is the little circle with the letter "k" on top of it.
