Ever since I was like, seven, I always found astrology really interesting. I only knew about sun signs then of course, but I had this one book that talked about them, and I just thought it was really interesting. My mother had been interested in astrology herself, and she had three astrology books that my grandma kept once she passed on.I discovered that first one when I was seven. The other one was Linda Goodman's Love Signs, but it was translated into Spanish, which I didn't speak at the time. I didn't discover the third until I was about eleven- Linda Goodman's Sun Signs (in English). I was absolutely fascinated and thrilled with it. Reading the Pisces chapter was like reading my own personality profile. It just matched me so perfectly. I loved the way she wrote, the way I could so relate to everything- that's when I became a fan of Linda. So, how did you come to like her? ------------------

Years ago, I was paid an obscene amount of money by someone from the back of a van to like her and to propound her ways for the rest of my life. I blew the dough on booze, blunts, and broads, although I still give the old girl props now and then  Love,

Carlo, that's so wierd, because it was the same with me! These Van-Dwelling-Linda-Loving-peeps really get around. I invested my money in a rubber factory. Then blew it on Enron stocks.*oops* IP: Logged |

I may be new to this site, but I too, have been a Linda fan since I was 9. I connected immediately to her and I believe her books were my "bibles" during the turbulent Pluto in Scorpio 80's conjunct stellium in 1st hs Scorpio!!My Higher Power definitely had His hand in that one! p.s. this is the 1st astrology site I've come across that actually talks about ASTROLOGY!! growing up my mom had this jazzy black and white astrology shower curtain in our bathroom....i remember poo-ing as a lil 'un and staring in wonderment at it.
then i searched and searched and read and read and liked some astrology stuff but when i found linda's books - *Whammo*, instant click, and i felt all of a sudden justified in my lifelong defense of atrology against the naysayers. ;DIP: Logged |
