me
8-5-74 9:06 PM, Baltimore Maryland USA

Him

5-7-73...time unknown Baltimore Maryland USA.

I did one of those free mini relationship readings on astrology.com and I was told that this relationship is "fated" and that it could be short lived or VERY long term...said something about the bond lasting forever...hence..the "fated" description.

Anyone want to give me more info since I'm really intrigued.

I have never been involved romantically with a Taurus before...the only Taurs I know is my brother.

I'm not an astrologer, but I believe your best bet is to hook up with a scorpio...

...they rule the house of sex (leos are a bit frisky) and they always got some money. Even if they say they don't.

leos love extravagance...again, scorpios keep money.

again, i'm not an astrologer, but i suggest you visit:

best wishes

my signature refers to any business where you are the customer and someone must provide you with dynamic service skills...

the phone company, the doctor's office, the cab company, the roofing company, the foodservice establishments, etc.

thanks for asking!

Are you expanding upon that sig out there in the real world? You've got quite a dynamic concept there? Wanna do something with it? I think it can go really far...

yes, Astro Junkie, i expand on my signature, incessantly.

i am a service skills trainer. i'm also a business consultant to the service industry.

in addition to training service workers, i expect to be treated like the valued guest i am when i patronize an establishment. i also teach our workers, their supervisors, and owners how to professionally and successfully handle guest complaints and concerns.

i am very passionate about being a service skills trainer and i love being on the receiving end of dynamic service. there is no excuse for any of us not receiving great service.

one thing business owners often don't realize
is that service skills are learned; people are not born with them.

if i do not receive stellar service, i either begin writing letters to those i feel can actually do something about it or i provide a 'mini training session' with the person who is not knowledgeable in the industry.

i am most passionate about some comminuties more than others. these communities where opportunities for improvement are apparent is where i spend most of my energy and experience.

i believe my talents and experience are best spent on organizations who require it most.

more importantly, i'm gathering all kinds of data for a book i'm writing: "may all your encounters within the service industry be DYNAMIC!" and i'll be asking patrons of the service industry for their most horrendous service experiences and their best.

i have lots of ideas brewing for this book. i believe it's needed today.

in the past, i've provided free classes to small business owners and none of them took me up on my offer. i found this to be quite disheartening.

thanks for asking...i've never had to go into any detail about my signature before. i am delighted you guys are curious about it!

thanks, also, for saying it will go really far...i believe it will go far too.

I stopped just short of saying in addition, "It would make a great book"...

My experiences with any type of service is so annoying. One stupid cashier can just ruin your entire day if you let it.

I think you should do the following (sorry, my writer/journalist side of me cannot contain herself)::

* Stories of people who once had frustration with a type of service, but then when took up a job doing the exact thing, became much more aware and understanding.

* Tips to consumers on how to deal with rude service, and maybe more importantly, how to conduct oneself in order to bring out the best in the worker. I find if I do not acknowledge them in a pleasant way, they tend to feel unappreciated, which just winds up that loop.

* Let the CEO's who read your book know that consumers KNOW that bad attitudes in any business is a trickle-down affect from the CEO down. If the menial worker has a gladness in them, you just know they have a good mother hen.

* When it comes to the physical location of a place of service, that people feel more at ease when they have more room between them and other people.

* We live in a 24-hour society. Banks are open longer on Saturdays. More doctor's offices and so forth are open later at night, and weekends. Surprise! One solution to bumper to bumper traffic and road rage, etc... don't make 1,000 people scramble to get somewhere at the exact same time.

* No one should be saddled with a job which makes them feel erratic. Hire more help!

Anyways, if I saw the title of your book in the store, I would be interested in knowing more about those things.
