As a scorpio woman, I find that things are very difficult when I decide that I want to make friends or go into a relationship. I know that human relationships are complex but it seems that every time I want to make things better it turns for the worse. Is being determined, ambitious, motivated, and diligent such a crime? All I want is for the people around me to have the same drive but instead I get just the opposite. Am I sending out wrong vibrations? How can I make things in my personal and professional life? I'm tired of always feeling like there's something wrong with me or maybe there is?! HELP MY ASTRO FRIENDS!!!!

It's only difficult for the other person, not for you, once you have your mind made up. It's the approach that's hard, not the decision.

Scorpios are all or nothing, once they decide. There is nothing wrong in being normal, and Scorpio women are strong not messed up.

They know what they want, and don't want. The job is to discriminate like your Virgo friends, back out if it's not working and have an exit plan.

Always have an exit plan.

I know this is hard, since I have a Scorpio/12th house, and Moon/8th house. I come off like a mack truck when I am ready but usually too late. Most men expect a decision by DATE 3. Not Date 10. Scorpios and Taureans take a long time to decide and then go for it.

Pick one, friend or relationship quickly, then go SLOW. Build trust like a game, throw the ball and wait for him/her to throw it back. If he/she is slow to throw it back then EXIT.

Anyone else?

Thank you guys!! I think that I just need to be true to myself and kinda say SCREW YOU but in a very calm and gentle way to those who don't want to make this world a little cooler on a daily basis. I'm a living paradox Scorpio Sun, Taurus moon, Aries/Taurus rising, Mars in virgo (hence the drive!!) What to do, huh??!!! lol

if i may

IMHO

I think scorpio women are the most powerful and the most headstrong. Plus i feel that your issue doesnt have to do with that at all.

Perhaps its some issue in your past thats been completely neglected and you've been living in a way to cover it up some how

If you wish, id suggest that you look at all your relationships....past and present ones... introspect and find out if theres a similar pattern.

Secondly go into your relationship with your parents... as they say in my culture, one relates to all the men in their lives as they relate to their father; and likewise one relates to all the women in their lives as they relate to their mother.

Try it out... the results could open new doors for you

Take care

Yeah.... Taurus's are hard-headed. I'm not sure if it's my escaped Asc in Taurus at 29.48 degrees, or my Scorpio placements which, well... it's SO hard that it's indured contusions.

scorpio22,
Hi! I think it's a problem for Scorp. men as well! on how you feel. I don't think there is anything wrong with you at all! I just think that your sign is extremely sensitive to how others re-act and are very upset when you don't feel others treat you as how you treat and respect others. Does that make any sense? I think it may also have to do with the fact that, and don't get mad, I speak from experience being with a Scorp for many years, is that you are very determined that you know what is the right thing is and can't understand why others don't see what you see! My advice, that I tell my hubby is: you can't always change others ideas or perceptions! and why stress yourself on something you really have no control over. unfortunately right or wrong, others will do or believe what they want. So in other words, even if what you see is the truth, others can't be forced to see it. Just knowing you know the truth is really all you need to remember!
Hope I made sense to you? and maybe helped?Good luck!
Autumn

Ya, we're pretty intense, sometimes intimidating unintentionally, it can scare people off. Also, in the process of demanding a lot of ourselves we end up demanding a lot of those around us, sometimes unconsciously through comments, body language, attitudes, whatever - but it can push people away and/or scare 'em. We're sometimes too straightforward, that also can rub people the wrong way.

I do know that I've made my best friends when not expecting to, just as I formed all my past serious relationships and subsequently met my husband while not looking for a relationship - the old adage that things happen when you least expect them applies I think.

So, to make a short story long...um, yeah...that's my take. Hope it helps...

Oh, and I love being a Scorp - there's a few other minor things I wouldn't mind changing in my chart - but being a Scorp is great

I wouldn't change being a Scorp for nothing!
No other way could I be so complex and keep'em guessing what I'll do or say next, and I love to keep'em guessing!
There's nothing wrong with us, we're just different and different is good! Rock on my Scorpio sista's!

Ditto I know eventually I'll have to be incarnated into another sun sign but I'm honestly not looking forward to it.

Like most people of my generation I have Neptune in Scorpio and thats it. I can't tell you (exactly) how they feel, but I can tell you how they act in an 11th house capacity.
Scorpios make wonderful friends, they're loyal and supportive. Untill you cross them (shame on you) and then I don't want to be standing near you. lol They may not even show that anything is wrong but sooner or later you're in for a surprise. Probably when you least expect it. And thats too bad because these people deserve what they give, which is a lot. Thier standards are high (which is why they expect so much from you). Count yourself lucky if they call you friend because they are the real thing.

right..my man is a Scorpio Sun/Taurus Moon - very balanced man.
A little bit too slow for my Gemini Moon liking, too cautious, to suspicious. But definitely someone to count on in tick and thin times. Yet...He is the laziest creature I know, if he could - he would have slept throughout his whole life (I blame the taurus Moon of his).
da man LOVE sleeping. As well as eating/drinking/clubing/f@*king. I am a Virgo Sun/Gemini Moon myself and I am very driven and always on the move....oh he lacks that energy.

I love my friends, they are the best! And, yes, I'm in it for the duration! I've been sisters with a Leo Asc, Libra Sun, Gemini Moon for 30 years, a Scorpio for 18 years and a Scorp Asc,Sag sun who I just know is going to be going to be around me for a long time, we're just too close already after a year. They're all under 5 feet three inches and full of **** and vinegar! Our motto is "No wimps allowed!"
