I was just wondering if anyone had any information about (or ideas where I could find some information about) the quintile and bi-quintile aspects in both natal charts and synastry charts. I've tried running searches on various search engines and have come up empty handed. The only thing I've found so far is an old issue of the Mountain Astrologer with an article by Noel Tyl on the subject, but I'm looking for more. Thanks in advance. IP: Logged |

Hi Eleanore, According to "Predictive Astrology" by Francis Sakoian and Louis Acker quintile: at 72 degrees indicates a special talent in the utilization of ideas and communication to further career or professional goals. It confers the ability to interrelate and combine many seemingly isolated sets of information that can help the individual to realize goals and objectives. It is an aspect of special talent or genuis. bi-quintile: at 144 degrees shares many of the qualitys of the quintile, it confers special insight into utilizing creative self expression and improving existing conditions.

You were right - it's not easy finding stuff on those. Here's a bone though::it studies those aspects using Mozart's chart as an example, to show exactly how brilliant he was. www.starurania.com/mozartchart.htm IP: Logged |

Woo hoo! Thanks, astro junkie! I see the site also mentions a book on these aspects, so hopefully I'll be able to uncover more stuff on these. IP: Logged |
