Uranus is entering my 4th house (16 Pisces)in february of 2008, but i already have this very strong urge to move ...

Can someone please tell me if you could feel the effect of the transit before it hits the exact aspect? Uranus now in Pisces(4 degree)

You will usually feel the effects of transits before and after they make an exact aspect. Not as strong as during the aspect, but strong enough to notice if you pay attention.
