I'm interested in talking with people whose sun and moon square especially sag sun and virgo moon, which is what I am.
I have a feeling that it has a very strong effect, I think its kinda difficult to be yourself with . Maria Callas the opera singer had my placement and I can relate to her passion which went out the window due to her insecurities and hang ups!
What do all you "squares" think!! (what a truly fantastic pun!!)

hiya jason from oz~
Wow, I've watched that show OZ, must be hard to be in the slammer, especially with that square.
My Sun and Moon *AHEM* SEXTILE(AS IN TWO SIGNS AWAY), and respectively, but my Ascendant squares my Sun. Just thought I'd respond.. though it is only moderately related.

Gawd, I was only trying to make a F&%*$# joke...

Hello Jason,

Among other things the aspect between the sun and the moon in your natal chart shows the relationship between your parents at the time of your birth. The square shows tension.
Sag. magnifys (jupiter) everything it comes into contact with (even when just passing through) and Virgo is pensive(earth) and ponders (mercury) they"re not keen on thier emotions (moon) taking over. One last thing both signs are mutable. (goes along for the ride)Hope this helps, Good Luck.

Umm..

Sun in Scorpio and Moon in Capricorn... NOT a trine... a sextile.

Just a thought...

The opinionated astrologer...
A

P.S. Jason, did your parents divorce? That is often, though not always the case with the Sun Square Moon... particularly if one of the Lights rule the 4th or 10th.

I, too have this aspect, Sun square Moon. This makes for an interesting experience in self-expression. I practice blending the two signs, this way both sides are happy

Hello Jason,
I have an exact square in mutable signs too!! Sun in Gem/Moon in Pisces.
I think I have a feeling most of the time that either people don't really know me or that I don't "project" an impression of myself as "I really am" - Does that make sense?

Duality,
Thanks for reminding me of a very important point to make regarding the sun, moon square. The reason for the "hard" aspect is because they (the sun and moon) are out of sync. Moon deals with your emotional nature and how you feel about everything, The sun is you, the core of your "person". You may feel emotionally out of place. An easy aspect from the Asc. will help loads.
