How is this transiting Venus in Gemini from April til August affecting your view of romantic interactions? It leads to establishing and maintaining a fun and friendly romantic relationship...right? I think flirting in all it's forms is vital at keeping both people aware of the effect constant playful contact has upon the living growing and changing bond between two people. +
What do you all think? Doesn't this current placement of Venus in Gemini just bring on the heavy duty flirting, while bringing us intuitively and mentally closer in our love relationships at the same time? In my opinion, it adds a refreshing different, and new dimension. Couples who play together, stay together....
Come on, let's dicuss this puzzling extended planetary influence....

I have no clue, and trying to get more of a grasp interpreting Transits as well. Mercury in Venus is currently transiting the last of my 1st House. Could be for us air signs that it works as "the great equalizer".

Flirting is never useless. It always leads somewhere in my experience so don't take it lightly. If you want to flirt think about what you really want to say, and then express yourself.

Flirting is another way of saying hello, and it makes your partner feel fantastic. Especially Geminis.

Venus in Gemini is not so flirty as friendly and open. The emotions let up in Gemini and words and actions are not analized so much as just enjoyed. Gemini loves interaction and banter and changes its mind alot as it learns and grows (we are talking transits right?) When it moves into Cancer everything gets real personal (I hear "you promised", alot when actually I didn't) People take offence easily because everything is so cut and dry "personal". Again it depends on how transiting Venus aspects your natal planets.

Hmm... good points have been made.

What?! We shouldn't take flirting lightly? Well, you see, I was engaged in this fun bout of flirting with a fellow worker at my new job in a gourmet ice cream shop, and yeah...I completely enjoyed it, not that it lessens my relationship with Tony any. I mean, basically, he seemed to single me out for one-on-one attention, even though we were all there learning the ropes of how to opperate the business, and he had prior experience. He also like came up behind me a few times, teasingly put both his hands on my shoulders and offered to give me a demo of how to do some task in the shop. I normally don't let people just touch me in any fashion, let alone a almost perfect stranger, but his twinkling eyes mesmerized me.
Picture this: he looked just like a grown-up version of the kid who played Peter Pan in the recent "Peter Pan" movie (who is an Aqua guy, BTW)...I need to find out my co-workers b-day so, so bad...
So, if you can't tell, I'm in major flirt mode, pretty unusual for me, and I feel sensually crazed...

Hehe me, you couldn't mean lil' ol' me, could ya? Yeah, must be that Scorp moon hittin' my natal Pluto in Scorp...woooohhheee....can't say that I'm exactly complaining here All in the dumduddaduh...drumroll please 7TH HOUSE!
Eeek. I'm dangerously uncontrollable....
Luckily for me, I get to see Peter Pan look-alike dude on Friday when our shifts overlap! I hope to have a little bit 'a fun... Wish me luck gettin' at least his b-day, possibly having some ::wink, wink:: fun banter too...I guess I'm still a little uncertain of my attractiveness, surprised that anyone that cute could even be attracted to me on a surface level...but hey gotta start somewhere, and he seemed to at least be giving me an open vibe, so here's to friendly play...

I think it was a Virgo who sang "More":

"There are parts of me that get nervous, not the parts that shake
You get scared, to feel so much
so hot
so cold
so fast, so out of control
To let somebody touch you..

I want More"

Have fun, we all get nervous, even Uma Thurman isn't sure of her attractiveness, (or Brad Pitt), it comes from practice, practice, practice.
