Thanks for that great link Archer. You know, just generally speaking, when I read about upcoming retrogrades, I'm not so sure I like some of the language astrologers use, such as "don't" do this right now. Sometimes I wish they would make it sound more like "keep an eye out - this could go wrong", but not "DON'T DO THIS NOW"...
It's not realistic and unless someone is doing a personal reading delving into the future, I just feel it's lunacy to tell people in general to avoid certain activities altogether, especially when they are activities we HAVE to do. We can't just put our lives on hold! And it's not a healthy way to learn to deal with adverse situations.
For example, in this particular article, which is a really GOOD article about the upcoming Venus Retrograde in Gemini, there's just this little segment:
"...This is not the time to purchase clothes or jewellery, change one's make-up or hairstyle. Redecorating or refurbishing homes or business should also be avoided, though there is no reason why decisions that have been made earlier should not be allowed to come to fruition during this period.
With Venus retrograde, the pace of relationships slows down and this is not the best time to get married or give big parties..."
I'm interested in finding sources which express styles of competence, or healthy ways to deal during times of Retrogrades.
