I am attempting to interpret a natal horoscope that has two very interesting features:

Nine of the ten planets are spread evenly (three planets per house) across the 11th, 12th, and 1st house.

The planets make more major aspects to the ascendant and midheaven than to each other.

Can anyone tell me what significance, if any, these features hold?
