hello, with a lunar eclipse birth you'll be born on a full moon (sun opposite moon) conjunct the north and south nodes (the nodes will be in the same signs as the luminaries) with a solar eclipse the sun and moon will be conjunct (new moon birth) and conjunct one of the nodes (north or south) When discussing eclipses the nodes show you where the earth is.

INteresting. I was pondering the same thing the other day. Obscure information is hard to get. Thanks lalalinda for the info, and astrojunkie for the link. (and Cassandra for the question) My north node is conjunct my Sun, but moon is sextile (Scorpio Sun/Capricorn Moon) Does that mean I was a few days away from the full moon?IP: Logged |

Pixie, About 10 days before, I'd have to calculate. The moon moves approx. 33 minutes per hour.(60 minutes to a degree) A lot of astrologers put emphasis on your pre-natal eclipse. It kind of acts as a midpoint and is a sensitive degree. If your node conjuncts your sun then your prenatal eclipse (about 4-5 days earlier) was a solar eclipse and more positive than the following lunar.IP: Logged |
