Okay, peeps. I rarely put out a call to ask for anything.  --- So --- There's a Leo guy I like. He's a smartass and bright as heck. Make silly faces at him.. what else?Ohhhh... you should just have a natural affinity.. as you know, He needs a real ego stroke, not a fake one. Be sincere.
You should play together.. be active, burn that fire fuel through an activity where you can sweat a little ( in a very feminine way, of course) but afterward, you should absoluely put on a sexy dress and allow yourself be dined and treat him to a conversation with your lovely self. Music. Dreams. Connect on a friendship level. Let him chase you a little for love. Be sure to let him know you are 'interested' but not HOW interested. He should challenge you, too. If anyone can handle a Leo, it is you. You have equal verve and power (though you have more because you're the woman.. hee hee) Just be sure to not let him regally walk all over you without realizing it... (like you would! HA!) Do you know what his opther signs are?
Maybe your Cancer moon can possess him( in a good way, a sheltering way) a bit more than your Aries Sun, and just enough that he feels pet and will stay purring on your lap.

Excellent Leo piece! So far, so good. Everything is going according to what you've written. He asked if I wanted to play this weekend with him and is taking me either kayaking to go whale watching or hiking to see elk. Lots of fuel to burn on that trip!Intrigue. I love it. I Love Leo's ( I am probably bias right now though...)No advice really...be yourself...any man no matter what the sign would be a fool not to fall for you...Leo's are rarely fools  . They can be frustrating. Mine plays everything VERY close to the vest and I'm a woman who has to know. So for a long time we were in a serious tug of war. He was a man who need private space...me a woman...SPACE...'we in habit THE SPACE' needless to say I had to back up and he had to open up. It took time but it happened So they may need space...OH, no possevienss. They HATE that. No making them jealous, they hate that too (an it doesn't work). Best Wishes!

I think they do need a little possessing.. they may not like it, but part of them does... we're not talking total possessiveness, maybe just a little 'devotion'. They want a fan. They need to know they affect you. (and heck, who doesn't!)IP: Logged |

I totally agree they want to know that you 'want' them but they do not like the"who was that?" "why is she calling?" "just how many girl friends do you have?" In my experience...this they do not like. My ex who was a Taurus thought I didn't care about him enough because I wasn't concern with how many women he talked to. My ex who was a Cancer was similar in that he thought that the male friends that I was hanging out with should be cut or at least he should be there and vice versa...he stopped spending time with his girl friends or made sure I was there... Then my Leo came along and he wasn't having any of it...it was something I just had to re-used to... I am not saying that a relationship with a Leo is 'open' but if he has women around they will stay around but you won't have to wonder where you stand... Born Rockstar...yep. I will also say this. Their egos boarder on vanity. It can get annoying at times. If you get close enough you will find a great vulnerablity and you will find the ego stroking and the big growling is because they aren't so sure... Its not false but when hurt I don't think they bounce back as well as some other signs... they seem to like to keep people at a regal distance... Not quite as bad as the Wizard of Oz but along those lines.... IP: Logged |

Aphrodite, good news for you! How exciting, a new adventure...I'm thrilled for you. I love Leos, though there is not always enough space in a room for us both. They're big and bouncy and generous and regal... One of the most definitive statements I've read about Leos and their attitudes towards the audience around them (because all the world is a stage, and they are the stars, and I've shared it with many Lions who laughed and nodded in agreement, is as follows: "I can not accept you as an equal, until you first acknowledge my superiority!" Gotta love Leos!

I think at this early stage a nice home cooked dinner good. If you don't cook a little hole in the wall resturdant with some great food is good. Anything that shows thoughtfulness and not gaudiness...They do like presents but be as thoughtful as possible. (Of course which one of us doesn't like a thoughtful present ) For example. My Leo started studying Tibetan Buddhism and starting buying all these chanting CD's. I was looking around Overstock.com and came accross a Tibetan Singing Bowl ($20) bought and gave it to him. He LOVES it. Not because it is real (defiantely made for the 'Ethnic Home Decour' market) but because I was paying attention to what he was doing. Anything that reflects that you are 'paying attention' to them. Best Wishes!

Reading these posts it would make anyone feel that being involved with a Leo is a lot of work...it's not. You will be pampered just as much as they. When you have their full attention it is total. Pet Peave...shutting out my opinion because you think yours is the only possible right one. I hate that, when somebody won't even humor me and listen to my 'take' on a situation. I like to think you value my thoughts and opinions, and if they make enough sense, you should be open to reconsidering yours. I will offer you the same respect. Nah, not worship. Respect...it's different. -Unless- you've got a primative Leo on your hands, then it would seem more like worship, because the respect would have to be dished out in massive doses just for them to be sure it's true, that you really DO respect them. A more evolved Leo simply packs up their tent and goes home if it becomes clear that a person is not capeable of giving simple respect. IP: Logged |

I would go with Lioneye (after all she would know)Like I said...reading the post would make anyone wonder Why???...High Maintence...No thank you...but it is not like that and you don't have to do all these things right away. Leo's like their friends to be themselves if you are inclined 'to do' these things you will and it will be efortless(ish). If not then you won't and that will be that. It DOES seem like a long time. DO try the backrub..they just love you taking the time to be genuine and loving with them. Making them feel special and just 'wonderful' the way they are, is key.

Leo here...it's very true..I love gifts that have thought into them...the guy I'm currently dating...on the first date...instead of flowers (which I do love but it's kind of "uncreative" on a first date) he brought me a BOOK...which I loved....second date...a bottle of wine..and another book (which I loved). He's on the Vrigo/Libra cusp. Nice guy. anyhoo..back to Leo's....we DO get jealous...but we will NEVER admit it so it's rather pointless to try to make your leo jealous...you will not get the "rise" out of him or her you were hoping for...Lions are PROUD..remember that....they will never let you see that they too are vulnerable. AS opposed to scorio who will lash out...Leo will slink away or just give you that Big Cat stare...which, I have been told, is WORSE than having someone blow up in your face. (apparently, I'm quite good at giving "the look"). Leo's love change...I mean...different types of dates...never dinner and a movie week in and week out...we like spur-of-the-moment adventures..picnics, anything "grandiose" (I prolly spelled that wrong). I for one...hate it when a guy asks you out and then says..."where do you want to go"...I'm like..."hello...you asked ME out"...you are supposed to "woo" me...so start "wooing" LOL... have a plan...Leo's love anticipation...so have a plan..but don't tell them the plan.....LOL good luck....you'll need it!!
