wow, the first thing that popped out at me was you have sun conjunct pluto in scorpio at 4' and only a couple of minutes away from each other.

this configuration can show us why others might percieve you as "aloof, uptight", intense maybe?

The sun shows the basic Self, the concious individual, vitality, primary life energy, and so on.

Pluto is atomic, obsessive, transformative, where Pluto touches there is DEPTH. In such a tight conjunction with the sun it shows a very deep and powerful nature.
And in Scorpio too boot!! You probably guard yourself and don't open up right away with new people, like an air or fire sign might. Hey that's you, and there are many like you. That's the beauty of people.
We are all different.

Although this is only one aspect of your chart it is a potent one. Others will, at times, easily see your intensity.

Looking to the natal house placement that this conjunction of planets is in, will reveal even more about how this aspect plays out in your life.

A conjunction is a powerful melding of energies. The tighter the aspect the more powerful. It is a concentrated massing of energy. It can be used constructivly or destructivly. The choice is yours.

Embrace this aspect. You may come across some material that describe this in doom and gloom way. But we always have choices on how we want the energies of our chart to operate. We can choose to utilize the energies in a positve way - or not.

Accept yourself for who you are, and others will follow. You can work on changing certain parts of your personality for the better. But don't mold yourself into something others want you to be, you won't be letting your true self shine through.

The right guy will come along when the time is right.

I'd say your intensity has a lot to do with your Sun/Moon combo (Scorpio/Taurus), which for starters, are both passionate and fixed signs. Watching you lose your temper must be as fascinating as watching a tornado.

Also, watch for that Saturn in Scorpio. It's often the cause of terminal endings in relationships because it causes one to want to get their way.

Fine. Get your way as often as you'd like, but also practice compromising along the way.

Now I'm more conscious of how every little action on my part has consequences, no matter how minor.

You're a Scorpio, so you'd dig this... practice meditation and yoga. Yeah, yeah... but really... it will help you focus like a laser, and you will be able to call up that "feeling" any time you want.

Like another Scorpio Meg Ryan said, you are just trying to be "witness".

Be careful. Try to communicate things as well. Find new ways to communicate, new people to talk to and so forth, or else your emotions just build up, and that's not good either.
