Hi Yang,

Go to Astro.com and on the front page is a "chart" for the current day.

Okay, I see.

You can try this site:
http://www.fortunecity.com/roswell/jekyll/75/fm.html

Not quite as precise as astro, but I find it helpful.

Yang -

You can do that too at the Web site she recommended.

If you don't like that site, you may like this link:::
www.achernar.btinternet.co.uk/fm.html

Or buy a good Ephemeris book...

What do the numbers located before and after the name of the sign mean?

Yang,

I think the numbers before the sign are degrees. The numbers after? Not sure. Minutes? Somebody?

Picture a Wheel. It's divided by 12 signs and Houses.

Each sign takes up 30 degrees of the circle. Multiply 30 with 12, you get 360 degrees.

The beginning of the sign starts with 0 degrees, and how far along the sign is within it's 30 degrees is the number you see.

Example:::

13CP03 means that planet is in the sign of Capricorn at 13.03 degrees.
