I am reading a book on astrology and how venus rules matter of the heart, while mars rules energy and passion. It also says that understanding the dynamic of these two planets can help safely navigate the turbulent waters of love.So with this said I was wondering what my Gemini Venus/Capricorn Mars really means (as in this pair)? I know what they mean seperatly but what is the personality of aGemini Venus/Capricorn Mars person.

Here's a bit of info, hope it helps
Venus in Gemini: will never fall in love with a silent person. They have to talk well --- and a lot. This placement of Venus gives the desire to have more than one relationship at a time, and even makes it possible to fall in love with more than one person at the same time. Gemini likes variety.
Mars in Capricorn: is great for the energy. This placement gives the ability to pace oneself so that you can keep going long after everyone else drops from exhaustion.
As for what they mean together?, I'm not sure. Maybe you put them both together? Anyone else?

AH!! Oxychick -I was trying to remember where I had seen that!! Was going to send them there too. Had written down my matches a long time ago on a piece of paper, and used it as a bookmarker. Venus square Mars increases sexual attraction, and it is furthered by the passionate nature of both Leo and Scorpio. Any combination of Leo and Scorpio is quite a sexual mix... similar temperments. Similar ego issues ( which can bring up problems in the square as well) Even though squared by the natural zodiac, and volatile, I think on some level, Leos and Scorpios share the same motivations.. one more underneath, the other more an open book. Give the othr plenty of breathing room and respect boundaries. Be honest and don't play games with each other's emotions. A flick of the match will ignite very powerful quarrels. But there is a magnetic attraction between sexes. Especially with Mars and Venus involved. Probably makes for an exciting Love affair, but if more is wanted, be sure not to step into the other's territory without watching first.. but it is inevitable. LighTgrEEn,An easy way to think of Venus-Mars is attraction-action: Venus is how you attract someone and Mars is the action you take after you attract them. So... Gemini modifying Venus Capricorn modifying Mars becomes Gemini (thinking, also talking) modifying Venus (attraction) Capricorn (structure) modifying Mars (action)
So you attract someone with your talking and then you take a definite, structured action when someone interests you. Also, Capricorn modfying Mars is Mars in sign of its exaltation (strong energy), so your action you take on your attractions is VERY strong. Aspects (if any) which connect the two energies of Venus and Mars give additional information, as do the house focuses of Venus and Mars.
