I was considering my sweetie's chart and I had a 'Eureka' moment. I realized that my block in chart reading had to do with looking for a single theme. The realization I had was that we probably all come here to learn several different, yet still specific lessons, in this go around of life on earth. It's more typical to see a chart with 2 or 3, or even more strong themes in it. They each get set off in their own time, by outer planet transits, then reincforced by inner planets, combined with the moon. The moon is always the trigger, it seems. I hypothesise that the moon's impact is the result of (in this order of strength) eithor conjunction, opposition, square or trine to an already activated planet.

What do you think?

You make sense Lioneye, it's a good theory. I too believe there are several themes in a chart, not just one. After all I am a Taurus but I am very impractical and unpredictable even to myself, plus I have strong Neptune aspects. So there are two themes there, financial independence, and sacrificing for my dreams. They don't help each other much so I have to make sense of it.

When the moon is activated in your chart by an inner planet it's so much a part of you, that it's hard to notice. You basic personality is affected. That is why it's SO important to watch the moon phases, it's a science after all, we know the moon affects everyone on the planet and right now I believe it's in Aries.

By keeping track of the phases of the moon you are making a huge difference in your life.

That's my recommendation,

Anyone else?
