How? I don't know. If you've heard of the Mayan calendar and the year 2012, you might be able to appreciate more, though. It's when a bunch of weird stuff happens every many thousands of years, having to do with the aspects of the Earth with it's orbit. I envision it as the Earth (and us) passing through a continuum of time which greatly alters our consciousness.

The Sun is is one of the reasons why our DNA is the way it is. Each day, the Sun imprints our DNA more information. So in many ways, one could say the Sun is the force which guides us. Others also say a point in space called the "Galactic Center" also has us tuned into IT.

If you want to think of it as "end of times" or "judgment day", it may be so we see ourselves completely naked. So like one of my favorite bumper stickers says::

"Jesus is Coming - Look Busy"

Who knows what is meant to come out in the wash...
