I am feeling a bit frustrated . I have obtained a loan from a bank to buy some land . the only problem is the the legal work is taking too long. The loan was approved since the middle of May 04. I was wondering if there are negative transit during the period may to july whi8ch is retarding my progress. I want to actualize my Jupiter in taurus which aim to accumulate thing such as land. I believe acquirng material thing will help my life motivation to work hard and study hard and to overachieve and to help my overall ego.. But this legal work is frustrating me from my goals. My birth date is 3/3/1965 ( 10.30 am (61.14 W and 13.16 N).
I am feeling very despondent about my progress

Calwes, don't feel down, bank loans do take some time but you will get the land eventually. Being depressed comes from a high feeling, followed by the loss of a dream or expectation. Your expectation of land is reasonable, not too high, so there is no reason to doubt it will go through.

For that reason, don't be depressed because it's bound to happen sooner or later. Concetrate on things you can control that you have high expectations for, what other dreams and goals to you have right now?

Have you already purchased the land and that legal work is taking too long? or is it a matter of the preapproval of the loan. It sounds like you need another opinion from a real estate agent or another loan officer to put matters in better perspective.
I can reelate to what your going through. I almost bought a house a couple of years ago and it fell through. I was so disguisted by the process that it took me til this May to start looking again. -- I'm ready to jump off a bridge or something - I can't find what I want and it's extremely frustrating and disheartening.
