My mother is with a new guy she doesn't know completely well & the relationship is getting serious.
I wanted to know his sign ect. and I found this is the problem.
He is a Leo, with a Taurus Moon and an Aries ascendant.
To me, that is fierce. And she has been complaining lately about his bossiness, self importance, and the 'me first' attitude has been compelety irritating. And he wont try to change because he's toatlly stubborn. I gave a brief synopsis of his chart to mum, and now she isn't too pleased.
What are the positives? I need to give my mum some type of hope. And she is also a Bull, with moon in pisces and aquarius rising.

Reminds me of my ex Mr. Taurus, with Venus in Aries and a Leo Asc. Kind of similar set of influences.

Ask her this:::

* Is he generous about lending stuff out as long as you don't keep it?

* Is he materialistic?

* Does he like to show off his financial gains?

* Does it seem like he "keeps up with the Jones'?

* Is he domineering, especially in private?

From what I can see, her being a Taurus is not a bad thing. It's her Pisces Moon he will crush, and her Aquarius Rising will eventually suffocate. But don't tell her that until you feel she's confirmed "yes" answers to the above.

Those with a Pisces moon need assertiveness training, while it's good that you are helping your Mom, remind her to stand up for herself often.

That is the only way she will learn.

But yes I agree in general that water moons, especially Pisces moons, have a tough time working with hard headed signs. Pisces moons have a lesson on this earth to liberate themselves

With any Leo, especially a male Leo, a woman needs to stand up for herself. She needs to tell him out right "HEY..you are not my boss! I value you and your opinion, but I draw the line at you telling me what to do".

They will listen. Aries risings are just very forthright and energetic. My nephew has an Aries rising, you just can't keep the little booger still.

All in all, the fire sign combination, with that sweet Taurus moon, is just looking for affirmation and for someone to stand up to them.

Like all of us Fire signs, we just need some time to get acclimated to the relationship, in the meantime our object of desire needs the patience of Job to put up with our bluster.
