Just thought I'd share. I have a meeting with one of the heads of Ashmede Massage School tomorrow to go over my '03 tax stuff for student loans and see if I am eligable for financial assistance. I've also heard of a grant out there calld something like 'Displaced Homemakers' ... that's me!

It's in the stars yay!

quote:
Exuberant optimism ***
Valid during several days: Traditionally this is considered one of the most marvelous influences, and indeed it is quite good. However, since your chart is severely afflicted by other influences at this time, this one will serve largely to give you a break. At the very least, you will feel good at this time. Your health is good, and you feel very optimistic. For a while it may seem that everything is working out perfectly, and if you make an effort, it will. But if you simply sit back and enjoy this time, its beneficent influence will pass away with little to show for it afterward.
This is the beginning of a new twelve-year cycle of growth in your life. It is a time to initiate new projects and expand your activities so that you can experience life from a broader perspective. You may find that you can escape from some narrowing and inhibiting circumstance that has prevented you from realizing your full potential as a human being. Sometimes people travel under this configuration, but usually the traveling is more in the mind.

This is a good time to study a subject that raises your consciousness or expands your view of the world, and it is an excellent time for going back to school. You may also meet new people who expose you to aspects of life that you have never known before. Your freedom will certainly increase.

Even with this influence there are some pitfalls. First of all, your exuberant optimism can cause you to overdo or overreach yourself, so that when this time is over, you find yourself out on the proverbial limb. Exercise a certain amount of restraint and build upon what you have rather than trying to increase your holdings beyond your ability to handle them. Be careful of extravagance, and if you invest money, remember that today's luck is not permanent.

I have a question...

At the bottom of the horiscope page, for subscribers, it lists transits.

Will someone give me some insight into what mine mean? Specifically the long term influences. Saturn square Jupiter, Chiron square Jupiter, Mars in the 4th House.

Hi LibraSparkle, on Thursdays that section is free.

Also you can do a search on google.com and find that the natal information is very close to the transit. For example Mars in the 4th likes uncovering secrets, you may meet someone who is secretive and mysterious.

I found a long analysis of Mars in the 4th here which may help: http://groups.msn.com/interpretations4/marsin4th1.msnw

Jupiter squares means a good time, but in spurts, so there is less stability emotionally. You can read this to mean that's bad or good depending on how much you need to liven things up. Jupiter or Neptune squares usually mean a tendency to drink or eat too much.

Okay Bob Marks has a section on transits
for Mars http://www.bobmarksastrologer.com/transitsMars18.6.htm

Under Mars transits, we feel the need for greater activity and assertiveness in the area that is being hit. That's all. Nothing big or grand or deep or "cosmic." Just activity. It's up to us to decide if the action will be positive or negative.

Don't expect Mars transits to bring big things to you or mark major turning points in your life. Mars, Venus, and Mercury deal with the small everyday events. But without that Mars impetus to action, nothing at all can get done. Mars is frequently active during those big, defining moments. However, it only functions as a "trigger" activating other major transits that are taking place at that those times.

Be sure to check the progressions of Mars as well. The interpretation is the same as for the transits, only for a much longer time. While a transit of Mars usually has an effect for two to three days, a progression can easily last for two to three years.

Mars Transits Through Your 4th House: A good time to do work around the house. If you live with someone else, you may have to keep busy during this transit if you want to avoid arguments
