Hi guys,

What type of astrological aspects tell when it's a good time for purchasing or looking for real estate?

Thanks

Generally the recommendations is not to make big purchases during a Mercury retrograde, which is going on right now until Sept 2, or when the moon's "void of course" (when the moon's changing signs - usually this isn't a very long period, a few hours actually, but sometimes it occurs in the middle of day, when one would be doing things like making purchases).

There may be others. I'm not sure - this isn't my area of expertise.

Yeah, legal contracts are supposed to be bad during a Mercury Retrograde, but anything like a good 7th House or Libra influences or Transits. And Saturn of course. Should be something to pay attention to in your Natal. See what Sign and House it's in. Someone with a Saturn in Gemini tends not to be as grounded for the long-term.

I also have a very strong desire not to hang out with Geminis during a mercury retrogade, but afterward they attract me again. Maybe it's just paranoia about communication.

As for buying a house, traditionally spring/Aries through early summer/Leo because of buying patterns, and people want to nest and entertain in fall/Libra, not move and decorate.

That's been my experience,
Look at your transits for an overall picture.

I'd just add that it would probably be best not to sign contracts while the moon is void-of-course. Those should be pretty easy to avoid, the moon isn't usually void more than 10-12 hours at most.

And if at all possible, I'd sign those contracts when the moon is in an earth sign. But I wouldn't stress about it if I couldn't.
