Topic: Which aspects are most influential (sex)

Reading through past postings i noticed a thread on having Saturn in the 8th house and it's affect on one's sex life. I have Saturn in the 8th and was wondering what its influence might be coupled with other aspects that seem pretty powerful-- or is Saturn too overwheling to be modified? So interms of my chart (with regards to sex influence):
Saturn in 8th
Sun in Leo
Moon Pisces
Mars in Leo
Venus in Libra
Jupiter in Scopio I am a novice and am trying to figure out how each aspect is "weighted". Any and all info is appreciated and welcomed! LadyA My info:

sorry...i dunno about pluto in virgo but mars in leo is a pretty sexy position. which house is mars in?------------------

Umm... It's Mars in the 11th house-- technically it says it is near the end of the 10th house. So would that mean that my energies are directed outward to group associations. See this is where i am confused. Does that mean my outward energies or aggressions are forcefully directed outward. But what if anything does that have to do with my sex drive? Thanks,

I geuss what i am trying to understand is how restrictive the planetary influence of Saturn in the 8th really is because i would think by other indicators in my chart it would seem that i am pretty open with regards to sex and and my sexuality. However there are times that i feel restricted -- but i think that is a trust issue and feeling that i can be completely open with my sexuality and be open with the person i am with. but i suppose that sounds very Saturn in taurus, huh? Saturn in the 8th tells us not to take sex lightly. We can be turned off in an instant when our lover is too coarse, dirty (not in the kinky way, but just in the icky way) or when sex is treated like an itch to be scratched.Your Sun sign may agree or disagree, but Saturn always has something to say on the matter. Like the day after he rears his head and says "Ewww, did you really like the way he / she did this or that? Do you really want to have sex that much as to have it with someone like that?" On the other hand, it also allows you to have major self control and hold out for the one that you want (I know this from experience) when the time comes, you can lose control (meaning when you feel secure and open to the relationship) and then all the passion can come forward, provided that you are a passionate sign to begin with. My Sag Sun / Venus, Aries moon wants to play, play, play - but Saturn in the 8th is that eternal voice saying - But Pidaua, what about the consequences? Then my Mars in Pisces whines.."but I want to MERGE!!" everyone tells Mars to shut up..merging comes later- after fun..but Saturn wins out.  Does this mean I am frigid or that others with Saturn in the 8th are frigid? Noooo...usually there is a well of sexuality boiling under the surface ready to come out and play. Best thing for a potential mate to do is to be clean, not overly anxious for the deed, and know how to please us...then Saturn can relax. But one must never forget to keep their true self happy as well - meaning don't neglect your Sun / Venus desires. Personally, a lover will lose me in a second if I start to get bored or if the sex gets old / routine. I often joke that bad sex will push me to leave but even the greatest sex won't keep me if other factors bore me. Bad Saggie. IP: Logged |

My Mars in leo turns into Veruca Salt.."i want it and i want it NOWWW!! then mercury in Virgo gets involved and says do really want him? did you see his cuticles, are his hands clean? pidaua - I have two of those three placements, an aries moon and sag venus, plus a sag mercury. I am very similar! My "lets be chums and play" clashes with my scorpio sun, cap rising, cap jupiter and cap mars. Its like I have two totally seperate sides.my saturn is scorpio in the 10th. Pluto is scorpio in the 9th house. my gf is also saturn scorpio and pluto scorpio and I think thats why we mesh so well. Though her saturn is in the 4th house and her pluto is also in the 4th house, so it makes her more of a sensual person (not that a taurus sun and virgo moon in house 2 does not already). IP: Logged |

I have also Saturn in the 8th house - in cancer.
And it`s all alone on this half of the horoscope. And furthermore it`s almost unaspected (except for an exact quinkunx to Moon and a trine to Jupiter in the 3rd house). Talk about an isolated Saturn!
However, I have always been very "unusual", when it comes to sex and sexual relationships. I didn`t have either.
In my case there are control-issues involved, especially my inability to lose control and I guess also a little bit fear.
But I guess my strongest reason to be careful when it comes to sex and commitment, is that nagging feeling I have inside that tells me, that once I have gotten involved with someone, I may never be able to leave again. It`s like I hesitate to commit to someone (that is even true with friendships), but once I`ve done it, it is forever. It`s always deep, serious and very complicated.
But my moon in aquarius and my sun, mercury, mars and ascendant in sagittarius don`t like this behaviour a little bit.

Rebekka,Pluto (transformation, also control) focused in the 8th house (transformation, also control) can indicate a person who needs to be in control of everything in their life. If things get "out of control" in some way, this could disturb them so much they take action to get back their control. Controlling, Tim ------------------

All my relationships have been long terms and serious. I've played a couple of times with the idea of one night stands, but I can never bring myself to do it.
