I'm a younger gem so i could be wrong,

but i can understand how your confused about how one day he's this way the next he's diffrent.

What he like's it depends on the gem guy, a good gem guy freind of mind as a diffrent flavour then me.

Some times it depends, i don't think he will say wheather or not he likes you but he will leave clues if he likes you or not.

For example i rember there was this one leo, girl and i could never look at her in the eye, she just gave me the nerves.

that was a sign that i felt something in her.
the fact that i could look at everyone eles in the eye but i couldn't look at her in the eye.

try starting a converstion on something basic like talk about the wheather and then graduly go into more detail.

If you rally want him to be yours my advice is to learn about him, once he figures out that you understand everything about him or most of him he will apprecate it.

or even the fact that your trying to understand him, will make a diffrence.

he can be changable i understand and yes he can be confusing.

I admit to doing both, heck i probible confused you with this post.

Try to figure out why one day he act like this the next like that.

for me it depends on the enviroment around me, if things go well obviously all be happy around everyone.

But lets say i wake up late, i slip in the shower, you bet all be grouchy. I won't say why i'm grouchy, all just be mean for the rest of the day.

and yes that did happened.

first thing all do is get this attention flirt and tease with him, then talk about anything.

well the fact that he's nerveous around you means something. Like what i said about that leo girl.

See if you can spend time with him after work.

or better yet aquarious girl 2 blasted me when she said to me lets trade phone numbers.

He could also be bored with you and the fact that here's no action going on.

I forgot to metion if you don't get him now he can be gone.

Like what happened after i graduated from high school, i left town and moved to ottawa.

or better yet how i quit from my first part time job, i never went back.

How nervous are you around him???
does he play any games???

I got an idea does he ever stay for lunch bring a board game in,

he might join in and play along.

or better yet play a game online with him you be player number 1 and he be player number 2. or something like that.

or if you know anything about astrology???
bring some tarot cards and get him into it.
