Nope, never heard of this. The only thing I've heard of close to this was about 2 signs (Taurus and Virgo, I believe) that currently share ruling planets with other signs because their true ruling planets (Apollo and Vulcan) haven't come close enough to be discovered yet.

I thought it was Taurus and Libra that share venus.

If there is a 13th sign...boy wouldnt that complicate things. We'd have to relearn astrology all over again!
