I will feel the wind no more,
The sun will no longer shine,
Your fair hands [which I so adore],
Will no longer be enmeshed in mine.

And when the valkyries take me away,
To great Valhalla where fallen warriors stay,
Happiness in me will no longer abide,
Until the day you are by my side.

And though the arena may be ablaze,
With clashing swords and shattered shields,
My eyes will always thirst for your soothing gaze,
As the tension rises and builds.

So though my sun sets today,
Have no fear,abandon all qualms,
I will keep all my foes at bay,
And only rest when I am in your arms.
