I love being me!!

Aqua sun/mercury/mars and south node... With a whole sack of Libra... in Saturn, Jupiter and Pluto... I'm a total air head! It's cool, cuz I also have a Cappy venus and Leo moon, so I do get down to business when I need to. I have a little more drive than I could, being a distracted aqua girl... which is always a good thing.

I think the only downside is my tendency to give too much... there is only so much one person can do, and I do try to do it all at once...

My chart's not perfect and there's a few things I'd be tempted to trade off, (Saturn Retrograde, anyone?? ) I basically like my chart as it makes me who I am. And as a chart is supposed to be one's Karma from past lives, I feel I EARNED that @#$% chart.

...However that said, I do wish that I had more Air in my chart. Aside from my Aquarius Ascendant and my North Node in Gemini, I don't have one single planet in Air. And it really does affect my ability to communicate things. But maybe in a past life I talked TOO much, haha.

I think I do hate my Chart, as much as there are some things I like about it, and I would NOT want to take the chance of getting anything worse. But it's full of check's & balances, so I can never run with an idea all the way to the end. I have the Cancer Moon, but the Jupiter in Capricorn. I have Venus in Virgo, but the Mars in Scorpio. I have the Saturn in Capricorn, but my MC in Aquarius. My 1st House mostly filled with Gemini, but my Mercury is in Scorpio. I like to be private, but my Moon is in the 3rd, Sun in the 5th, and NN in Leo.

I've learned to just stand still and watch what happens, rather than going headstrong into something.

Ok. I've had a think and I can think of some things I do like, like my Pisces moon - it stops me from taking my life too seriously and means i have an imaginary world that I can always fall back on when i want some escape.

I suppose being a virgo woman is cool too because i am, as Linda Goodman puts it, "self-sufficient" and have a "spine made of stainless steel"! Thats true (I think) in my case too.

hi moonshine,

speaking about astrological blueprints - you also have to remember free will and choice plays a major part in what you do with your life. Yes the moment you were born was timestamped astrologically but along your path, you will make decisions that will affect who you are and what you do.

Do you know much about palmistry? Take a look at the lines on your dominant hand. Then, compare them to the lines on your other hand. The dominant hand is what you were born with and the other hand is what you've made of your life. I bet the lines differ from one hand to the other.

and, in addition, just to add something pertinent to the initial post, i have things in my chart i don't like, either. i think my mutable sun square my mutable moon (gemini nymph has that, too, i think) sucks. and my venus square saturn plus my saturn in the 8th house in addition to my capricorn mars makes me incredibly conservative at times where sex is concerned; yet all these aquarian influences i have make me tend toward being pretty kinky. so i'm kinky, but uncomfortable with it. and my singelton piscean sun freaks me out sometimes. i dont like that hyper-sensitive part of myself.

but, as others have said, i guess the complexities are to be celebrated, in the best way we know how. the good thing about being so self-aware as we are, is that it makes it easier to control which aspects and sign influences we exhibit. to some extent, anyway.

purplescorp, I have Pallas in Capricorn square Venus in Aries, that' said to make me very mechanically inclined, do it myself. And I have a sixth house Sun, but mainly the squares to Venus make it tough to trust my significant other, that is trust him to be reliable.

Moonshine, Gloria, I think there are aspects that say, there will be trouble, but when we work on them, we attract others who have been through the same thing. Experience counts in this life, more than being born perfect, love comes from understanding. It makes sense that we fall in love more, attract more love, the more we go through.

After all JFK had Venus square Moon, and he still gets talked about, so I try not to worry about that aspect in myself too much. Obviously I will have separation issues with my parents, but I can rise above that and make a name for myself. I have noticed a public service trend in those with this aspect, and it doesn't bother me to help others. Being a help to the greater good must be a way of separting from the early family.

Nobody has analyzed their chart so well, that they know exactly what will happen.

Keep looking, you will see, it's different all the time with new discoveries, just like life. I have to keep an open mind this way because I believe old patterns die for a reason.

Thanks Gloria but I can't afford to hit the bar right now, I have to get working, even at times like these, I need output.

astro you are rather earthly/waterly aren't you? any fire besides your sag sun?

also, i don't hate anything about my horoscope. sometimes i wish my 1 deg libra mars would have been in virgo, and sometimes fantasize what it would be like to have saturn somewhere other than cancer in the 1st house, but that's it.

i've had to deal with a lot of family/past baggage, which had absolutely nothing to do with my own existence. this was tuff to deal with as a child. i can point to my 4th house pluto conjuncting mars, squaring *by wide orb* saturn.

but i've delt with it and remained concious through the process.

anyway, ITA with purple_scorp. *looks at palms* i have two books on palmistry which contradict each other i must dig them out now!

I wouldnt say I hate my horoscope but it is difficult to live with. Im a leo in the 12th house with a scorpio moon and a virgo rising. So as you can see...I contradict myself constantly...lol.

hmmm... I might be adding to this thread a little bit too late... but for what it's worth, I don't like my chart either.

I wish I had at least one sign in the "Air" element. I have NONE. Zilch. Nada.

Oh well, they said that it only means that I don't like small talks. I think it is much deeper than that. I always had trouble talking. I can write fine, but for me to talk to someone, I have to trust them :O

The other thing is: I hate any form of useless communication.

My mom used to always say: Speak only if there is something useful to say. Don't be like a frog - one that croaks all day. Be like a Rooster instead - cries at dawn to let people know the sun is coming up.

That sums me up very well.

I wish I could just muster up enough courage to go against my nature... hmmm.

miss muffet, i know how you feel. i don't have any fixed elements. i change quickly, let go to easily and lack sticking to "it". whatever "it" is, fill in the blank.

hobbies, plans, choices..

I love my chart actually. I don't know why but the first time I saw it, I fell in love with it. Like, it all makes sense now.

Although if I could change a thing, I'd make it less water, no earth, and fire dominated.
