one of my favourite films ever. what sign do you think she is? I'm leaning towards pisces or Aquarius.... but she's revengeful, so she might be a scorpio... what do you think?

i absolutely adore that film...the kiss at the end is one of the best, ever, in a contemporary film.

But I saw her in another movie and she didn't act at all like her character in Amelie. It's one of those things where it's like, wow, she really IS a good actress.

Hey I have never seen this movie heck never even heard of her b4. Mos tof you guys thinks she is either a Pisces or Aquarius or\Aquarius influence. What does she do through out the movie that would gives you that impression that she could be one of those signs?????

Mama Mia, do you have a theater around you which plays "indie" movies (independent), or foreign movies. That's the type of theater you would have found it.

Every area must have one, at least that's how it's always been for me wherever I lived.

In so many ways, foreign films are better. I haven't been motivated to go to a regular movie for so long. I'm too busy trying to keep my slate clean sista's.

hey astro, ITA regarding foreign movies. we have a few local cinemas in my area dedicated to these films.

Have you seen the film "Gothika"?? Well, the director of that film is Mathieu Kassovitz, who plays Nino in Amelie...I love that guy

I'm Aquarius and I felt Amelie Poulan so inside me. Probably she is really Aquarius. More over I'm in condition to do things like those in the movie for guy. Actually I have done but I have never met the real one. I hope it is not only in a movie!

i think the piscean part of her is the dreamer...and the aquarian side of her is the way she kept herself so separate, and didnt know how to find love, until the very very end.

It's on video now so ... it's one of those, you have to see flicks ... it's a GenX thing, but it's fun - not everything is as new as all that!!! Yeah! I've done some stuff too - she's utterly magical!

OH and the visuals are really cool, it's like a simple modern Holland in a small town type of look - but the colors are used quite subliminally - so it's like the movie becomes this beautiful painting on canvas the entire time.

And some little quirky details about human behavior - why I love foreign films.
