Or not?? Do you automatically think about what it would be like to live with someone, when you meet him or her? What they are like around the house? I always do this.Which signs would you say, yes I would live around that person, and which ones could you not live with? I find this is a great predictor for my relationships, and I am curious if you find yourself in relationships with those you could never live with? Natasha Taurus IP: Logged |

My Mom is a Virgo and they are hard to live with in the overly clean factor. Don't get me wrong, I also like my house clean, but my mom used to get pretty bit*#y about things! I also hated that on weekends she would wake me up at 6:00 am by vacuming or "airing" out the house(even in winter!). The only good thing is she liked to do things herself, so I never had to help much hehe (I did appreciate her though). Like she says: you want something done right, do it yourself! I know I'm a typical Libra, had to point out both sides. Well, I don't think I could handle living with a Gemini. Too busy all the time, rushing around and talking on the phone. Also changing subjects all the time. I like Gemini people as friends but to live with? I don't know. Otherwise pretty open to all other signs. IP: Logged |

LOL Aquarian Girl!My most successful live in sun sign relationship was with a Gemini. She had Venus in Taurus and I had Venus in Gemini, conj. her sun actually, so maybe that's why. One of my best buds. We had a lot of good times. Until her Virgo boyfriend moved in and my Aries boyfriend moved in. Bad move. I couldnt stand the Virgo and she couldnt stand the Aries - figure that one out. LOL I would not like to live with a Virgo. At least the ones I know. (this coming from a Virgo moon) I will never again live with an Aries. Or, that Aries, at least. What a slob. I thought I was bad. He would make a mess and tell you, you made it. Then expect you to clean it up while he sat back drinking a beer. *shudders* What was I thinking? So glad those days are over. IP: Logged |

My, what a Taurean-Cancerian question. I found every Cancer guy I dated was very interested in my living arrangements and what I was like domestically. One Cancer guy I courted asked over dinner on the first date how I kept my apartment and how well I could put up with living with a guy that was a little slobbish, implying himself. That scared me, but then again I'm a commitment-phobe. I'm not so domestically inclined, so it's not something I consider high on my priorities when being attracted to someone. Of course, it's been forever since I met someone I'd actually want to live with. Really, honestly I just want to be alone and have my own space. I'm selfish - I don't want to share. It's not about what sign I could or couldn't tolerate. It's all about me - I grew up in a family that treated me like I was a 2nd class member of the family and who still do. They never respected my space or my personal needs, and as result, I'm very selfish about these things. It's what I feel I need to do as an adult. I have very little faith that another person could show the respect I need to feel comfortable living with them. But having said all that, I think if I had to live with soemone, I'd do best with someone of air-Piscean mix, like myself. These are the only people on the planet that don't make me feel like they're invading my personal space, thus triggering that defensive "my space, my space, MY SPACE!" response I get from being around other people for extended periods of times. taurus you are so right about aries!! i had a roommate whom i love to pieces (aries girl.) she was a little slob. still is.. she was cocky about it too. she projected her messiness onto me and our other roommate (we're both virgos.) she had these annoying habits too, like baking a tray of brownies for everyone and then fork the hell out of it, never sliced them. OH yeah!!! she used to eat our food too (we all had our own shelves) and say something like, "i hope you don't mind, but i took one of your yogurts..but i'll pay you back.." and then never do it..or she would replace it with something different. then when she finally went shopping for herself, she was super-possesive. and never bought toilet paper, paper towels etc. ok my answer is aries. I honestly am not sure! I actually would prefer living alone, although I'm uncomfortable being in a house all by myself. Nice conflict, eh? I really don't think I can do Pisces. My mom is one and my friend's Mom is one, and neither of them pick up after themselves. I'm not sure if this really is all Pisces, but man! I probably couldn't deal with Aries as I never get along with them. Otherwise, I have no idea! I may be able to live with Cancer, even the messy ones. The ones I know tend to keep to themselves and work on their own things but like to talk too which is a good mix for me. IP: Logged |

This is reallly funny. I was just talking about this with my closest friend. I could live with anyone, anything. I have lived with three geminis, a cancer, a scorpio, a taurus, a libra, a leo, an aries, two cappy's and 3 sags, that i can recall at the moment. All had their different quirks, they had to be dealt with delicately... darn Aquarian that I am, I was the peacemaker all the time. But I so love making everyone's day... so it was all good. I think my next roommate will have to be a libra. They are so super chill... best folks in the world to crash with. Provided they don't have too much fire inside... that might suffocate me... Good topic! It's always fun to open up a forum and see my exact conversations a topic... eeeerie Ghani IP: Logged |

ghani.. hi...libras are wonderful. i lived with one also. an ex boyfriend but i can not think of a single thing i didn't like about living with him. occasionally, he would sit outside and drink and smoke too much with his gem friend, but then again..so did i. problem is, i loved him so much i wanted him inside with me. i was possessive with him. and that is not my nature usually. hmm. astro, wher'd you get the chimp? you can attach video too?!! yee haw! You nailed it. That is my Virgo mother to a Tee! When we would have visitors, which was like every day, every time they left she would clean the whole house. And screech at me because I wouldn't help (the teenage me would snort about not partaking in her pathological clean freak neurosis and sit on the couch with my head phones on while she cleaned around me lol, i was such a little snot wasn't i?). I'm talking this lady would whip out the vacuum, wipe every table down for the fifth time that day (we had glass tables and she was really nuerotic about streaks or any dust on them), open the doors and windows even in the dead cold... I think AJ made a comment about my mother sounding like a Stepford Wife once... haha... you have no idea! When I went home to Australia this year we got into a fight about my towels. because I hung them up in my bedroom. She demanded I put them in the bathroom "where they belong". My logic was that we had a full house and I didn't want ppl who went to the toilet using my bath towels to wipe their hands, lol. She followed me around the house for an hour harrassing me about it, lol. But I'm stubborn, especially when I think I'm absolutely right and it's my towels in my own room, so why should she care? LOL. Stubborn, stubborn me. But the point was she makes weird rules about things in the house and relating to neatnes and how things "should" be and then goes about like a little Hitler trying to force you to follow them. And I'm stubborn! So I wont Two of the messiest people I know are both Scorpios. My best friend and my ex-husbands best friend. I don't know if thats a fluke or if it's a Scorpio thing, cause my Aunt is a Scorp (actually same birthday as my ex-husbands best bud) and she is very tidy... but my family is pedantic about such things, so I don't know if thats nature or nurture, lol. My best friend's car was a rubbish tip. One time she spilled soda on the middle console and didn't try to stop the drink spilling, didn't wipe it... just left it there and I was like... eewww... no wonder your car is all sticky and it STINKS! The Husbands friend... haha... when we moved we gave him my husbands dilapidated, ugly "man chair"... and he dumped it in the middle of his rubbish tip room, all lopsided, blocking the main walking space and... a month later it was still there. With clothes and crap draped all over it to boot, LOL! IP: Logged |

haha omg! I must not be the typical virgo 6am weekend cleaning? EW! Towels can be hung up anywhere with me. Vacuuming is fine once a week or never as long as there aren't crumbs and dust bunnies everywhere. Strange, strange Virgos! *scratches head*IP: Logged |

well, all those spray chemicals *P-U* weaken my cuticles and dry my hands out. i'm sensitive to cleaning products, soap, perfume..*i get sick at the smell of bleach*. anyway, do those cleaning virgos use gloves to protect thier hands? it's bad enough i wash or anti-bac my hands 79 times a day. i want one of those vacuum robot things on the infomercials. That's all that matters. I'll get you back sometime." ........*still waiting* The Virgo's being described here sound exactly like my best friend's Virgo mother. Scary. IP: Logged |

I think the best signs I have lived with a are water signs.I've switched apartments atlest 4 times last year because of my restless nature and allso because of my differences with fellow flatmates. I had flatmates, one with cancer and aquarius moon and the other with scorpio and pisces moon. There was hardly any tension ever it felt like the perfect home!! That was until my feet started getting itchy and I felt too comfortable that I had to move on.I miss them though,I won't go back ofcourse but I really do miss them!Being a Sag has its disadvatges though,I tend to break things even when they are perfect. itchy feet= bacteria in showerlove, the lazy virgo ps. i agree, water moons are considerate. 26taurus, they're just great aren't they. one thing i noticed too is they pressume everyone around them is stoopid or clueless. i don't mean to offend, but aries often live in thier own world IP: Logged |

I guess with another Aries, since nobody wants to live with us. I can be really messy, but don't blame it on anyone else and it gets to a point where I *need* to clean, (which also depends on my mood and energy level). For example, I hate a double sink being stacked full on both sides ~ I had to do the dishes earlier just for that reason, as well as clean off the counters. Laundry (my own, at least), dishes, and making pet food seem to be my top three things to do around the house. I actually felt like ranting about two members of my family and trying to live with them sometimes, when I first saw this topic (Taurus and Cappy), but there's no point, I'll probably be over it in a little while (although it actually had to do with being blamed for things I haven't done, being considered the noisy one, etc. ) My Sadge mum (Libra Moon, Aries or Taurus asc, scorp venus, Leo mars) is probably my best match as a housemate. My ex-boyfriend and I lived together for several years and being a virgo I thought he would be super clean and helpful... if helpful means just vacuming the bit of carpet he could see without moving any of his x-box crap and magazines that littered the floor. I gave up trying to show him how to load the washing machine. I reckon it was an elaborate ploy to get me to do everything.IP: Logged |

I would never live with a Scorpio - ever again! I felt like I was being watched and judged constantly! I've had bad experience with Aquas too. I guess the fixed signs are hard for me to live with. On the other hand my last lovely roommate was a Taurus and we got along beautifully!IP: Logged | |
